Same problem here, what I did to solve this problem: - Changed the High Pressure Fuel Pump to a low mileage version from the scrapyard - Replaced the injectors Now holding up for 20k km so I guessed it fixed now. Don’t drive too long with this code because the engine will generate a thick soot which is harmful for your soot filter.

I have the same problem changed everything you did but still have the problem. Did the new pump solve the problem?

You have pud the end filter upside down and the cap up side down
