I'm Daphnie Leigh, aka Yogi Ranger. As a highly sensitive person who was hospitalized for panic and anxiety disorders as a teenager, I get it - life's tough when you are struggling with stress, anxiety, relentless overthinking, or the feeling that you are constantly running on empty.
I have spent over 30 years learning to break free from anxiety naturally so I could live with more confidence, happiness, and energy. I am here to help you do the same.
This channel is dedicated to empowering you to reclaim your inherent strength and calm confidence so you can wake up knowing you are living your life with purpose, joy, energy, and peace.
I was ordained by Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh in 2000. I am a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 Cont Ed Provider, teaching yoga and meditation since 1995, and I've been coaching others to better mental and physical health since 2017.
