Sorry man, but as long as choir of one is in the game…….. there is 0 point in using any other energy weapon.

Its good. Almost as good as CPMA. Its nearly perfected movement yes. We are getting back to the days where games had good movement. We just need to embrace strafe jumping again.

Did they finally fix the issue with revisions two round burst mode making the sniper nonfunctional as it can’t shoot? Had that issue a few weeks back and have let it rot in the vault since.

What an awesome guide, thank you for spending the time to put this together. So many other supposed guides rush through bits, especially traversal sections, they think are trivial, but you explained it all. Haven't done Vesper's yet and nowadays I feel the need to watch guides like this so that I can actually participate and not be an absolute passenger. After watching your guide I feel I can give it a go.

Most people use the Liturgy to freeze unstops etc. This shares a slot the RZ. This means you're better off with the Polaris lance for barrier.

Traditionally, every Planescape campaign starts with a question, the campaign itself (not just the end) is your answer. Belief making things real is a core theme, the different planes throwing what you know as reality out the window for their own reality can both force you to question that belief and reaffirm it. In Sigil, you can have a philosophical debate between a devil and angel over a cup of tea, all before they get back to the front lines of their endless war against each other.

Ursa furiosa might go crazy

Great video on a game that is very near and dear to my heart. A few thoughts: 1. There is a surprisingly large amount of “easy to miss” content (including playable characters) in this game that only became apparent to me during my second playthrough. I am pretty sure there is an ending that I have missed several times because I keep forgetting a thing. 2. I wonder if enjoyment of the game correlates with familiarity with 2nd ed D&D (and the Planescape setting in particular). I cant really point to anything that isn’t a spoiler off the top of my head beyond the Factions, planar cosmology and the twist on how alignment functions 3. Combat is pretty rough. Every now and then I think about replaying Torment and then back off> We need some modders to sweep through and update the gameplay and textures

I know no one besides GM solo'ers used Wrathweavers but the power fantasy of the strength with Winter's Wrath was enough to make me run it occasionally. The extra weapon damage boost is great. Damage still isn't good, though. I feel like people are going to try using Wrathweavers only to find it's still not good compared to other roaming supers but I do hope they find value in twenty plus seconds of free shatters for Stasis Turret builds. Truly what I'm most excited for this patch. In Onslaught, I love the feeling of having five turrets out freezing enemies all around me while I have my super shattering them all. Power Preservation goes hard. If I can get that more consistently, the endorphins will be crazy

I really hope the change to Point canon contact brace applies to the spirit version as well, but I doubt it. It’d be way too powerful and I think Bungie would’ve mentioned if it was on the spirit version. Either way, I really want to try raiden flux with the new roaming super changes

Combat is absolute trash in torment. Pretty much no (usable) equipment if you don't do a lawful good warrior, enemies are very difficult to beat even in easy mode. The story is more than okay though.

Lol I knew you were about to complain about the weirdness that is THAC0 the moment you said the stats in this game are “wack”, and I’ve never even heard of this game. I wish I could say it made more sense back then, but it didn’t. AD&D was actually meant to be streamlined than its predecessor, if you can believe it.

If anyone is late to watching this do not use the call out image posted in this video find one in alphabetical order. I taught someone brand new using a quickly googled image of the call outs. You can have never compelted vow and quickly find the one you need. Both people use the same image. If it’s called Hive - literally just look in alphabetical order to avoid all the nonsense shape / color matching

I look forward to anti-barrier scout. When it rolls around, I'm taking either my (Kinetic Tremors/Rewind Rounds)/(Explosive Payload/Cascade Point) shiny Hung Jury or my Polaris Lance w/ catalyst (will break barriers and stun unstoppables). My Revision Zero or Wishender comes out when it's crappy anti-barrier artifact time.

Honestly one of my favorites for a long time has been vex with radiant, not only will it rip barrier champs, but it also deletes other champs after their stunned, a chill clip weapon will set you up to handle all champs

I went through the same journey that you just described. Tried pretty much every weapon you listed and then eventually, originally quite reluctantly, tried revision zero. I previously did not like it very much. But nothing else (except for Eriana‘s vow and Mataioxoa) was fun to use and reliable and versatile But now. Wow. Revision zero really surprised me.
