Is there a way to do this and still have all the animations in the PowerPoint functioning? Usually all the animations only work with presenter mode. Otherwise it’ll just show the end result of the slide automatically on the screen.

Hey! Thanks for the video. I am having great success using Zoom with prospects. Even without turning on my video but now that I have my Excel presentation fine tuned I am ready for video. I use Excel live with prospects based upon several data points which they share w me on the call. The monitor I use is 45 inch wide. The Excel spreadsheet is very wide all long. Every once in awhile a prospect will say it is too small and the can’t see it. How could I use Elegato to make my presentation better and have more eye contact. Any thoughts on how I should mix up the screen sharing w video? Any other guidance would be appreciated.

Is there any way to share the full screen slides presentation while also in presenter mode? I'm wondering if there is a way to hide the web browser toolbar and url bar - and achieve the view you get when clicking Slideshow (not presenter mode). Hope this question makes sense!

But I watched the recording of the Zoom session and apparently the Presenter Notes also appears on my students' screen. Whatever I share is shared on their screen, so are the notes. So, that doesn't work properly.

What does 'back to meeting do"? Can I use it to flip student view to Zoom participants while I advance the presentation through multiple screens? The presenter view only shows the next, not all and in some classes some slides are to be skipped.

All I saw was an arrow constantly moving around, and all I heard was background noise. And, then the presenter stating that she had not that in a while so she sometimes forgets how to do it! Completely useless. 😓

Thanks for the great tips on being able to see different Zoom windows -- participants, chat, and presentation. I have presented in the past and all I could see was my presentation covering the entire screen. It was very unsettling. Now I can present more normally!

Is there a way to see my presenter notes if I make the screen I'm sharing, the google presentation, full screen? Thanks so much- I really appreciate your help with this :) . Laura

Hello Corinne and big thanks for the super clear explainer! Just to clarify: if I am sharing the presentation on zoom and keeping an eye on my speaker's notes on a separate window, I will have to click from slide to slide separately on the presentation that is being shared with students and on the presenter's view slides so I can see the notes, right?

I've tried this, but the presenter notes and my video show as black boxes over the Presentation on others' screens (and when I video record the call). How do we make it so viewers see the Slide Presentation without those black boxes?
