Going to do this. Have replaced coolant tank cap. Plan to change spark plugs , clean intake valves , clean throttle body and new pcv valve.

So you have to buy two different parts for front and back. I was looking for 2018 impala. Same like the 2013.

Is the pcv valve located on the back of engine or in front of engine block ? Wanted to replace mine and can’t find location online.

Top hole, you drill out to 7/64, and the 2 bottom holes you drill out to 5/64, so that doesn't happen anymore.

I applied dielectric grease to the smaller gear teeth like in the video and it seems sticky and resistant, just didn't feel right in this area. Not sure if you are correct about it going there.

Very good video. I'll subscribe. I just bought a 2013 buick lacrosse with low miles and am looking to make it function as best as possible. This is one of the big things that has come up. Is your engine also the LFX? since it is a 2013? I called my local dealer to get the part number but unfortunately they only sell the whole assembly. When I cross reference the part number you provide in the video 12583384, parts websites say it is not compatible, but it looks just like the one I need lol. Thanks for your time sir!

If your having this problem wit th xt5 steering assist no a/c unhook your battery for th nite and it will reset it my car was doing this and my daughters also and thts wat I dd and hunt had an issue yet

Wanted to share this tip on how to reinstall a blend-door actuator. Just fixed my 2007 MDX driver side. It's a real bear to reach, and I had to do it by touch because I couldn't see up there and could only get one hand on it. So I took photos while working on getting it out so I could find the screws by feel. That worked, but you can't reverse the process. Instead I took three screws about 2 inches long and cut the heads off. Then I screwed them into the mounting holes just one turn or so, leaving them sticking way out of the holes. Now I could easily put the actuator over those screws and get the pins into the door slots. Then I removed the long cutoff screws one-by-one and inserted the original screws (again single-handed and blind). That was easy because the holes were all lined up and the actuator wasn't trying to fall out.

I stopped using mobile one motor oil on my 2018 Traverse. The engine valve keeps rattling at every cold start-up, and the oil just seems to be burnt and cooked every time I do an oil change. Good lubricity oil is not supposed to let your valve to be rattling at a cold start-up. It's what is gonna cause metal to wear out if there's no oil lube there.
