i had a oil leak just like this on mine and my for lack of better words "mor on" of a mechanic charged me $200 USD for a used pan thinking the pan had a crack in it , and he didnt want to show me the old pan.

I think mines coming from the valve cover on that side..

What engine size have you got?

Excuse me, bro, ,what is the lift kits tolerance to lift a 3rd gen 4runner? I bought a 3 inch Lift kit , but my lower arm control closes up my tires. Do you think I should change it ? Or what would be the best option ?

nice set up.. but no ujb mnt gusset? no knuckle gusset.. i never twisted a knuckle but i did break 2 ubj mnts one on ea side.. that is the weak spot.. the ubj mnt.. and lbj

Please guys i need some serious help i don't want what I'm doing wrong with my 2000 Toyota 4Runner SR5 2WD it got a 3 inch lift with a leveling kit i can't get the alignment right because of the front positive camber and tried with different alignment shops but they weren't able to do it said there is not much setting left to do the adjustments as i already installed adjustable upper control arm but they still can't do it now they want me to replace lower control arm i feel like they are just trying to make money does anyone have any experience in this what exactly i need to get the geometry right please help

From reading the comments on this is it best to have upgraded control arms/suspension before considering something like this? And it probably wont slip unless you do a big jump or somthin?

Would have been good to work out the problem with the shop and name drop them. Hopefully they can correct their problem with staff or whatever but looks like they did a good job and might improve with more business and positive reinforcement. Good video and cool Yoto.

The 5vzfe toyota motor likes to leak oil from back and front of head at and just under the valve cover gasket their are half moon shaped metal plugs in the head. You have to pull them out with pliers clean and reglue them with toyota seal packing 103 (fipg) theirs also plastic circle cam plugs that gets replaced and reglued with same toyota sealer the top of the half moon plugs is part of the sealing surface the valve cover gasket sits on.Don't forget to pull and reglue these pluges when doing valve cover gaskets or your wasting yer time and money.Also use the gasket made in Japan I beleive the name starts with iso or something close .also put some sealer on the gasket in the area of these plugs

I have these on with non adjustable camburg ucas and 33s and its like impossible to have the alignment perfect so my tires wear weird and my front suspension makes weird noises and it feels misaligned when driving. Ive had them on for 2-3 years with thousands of miles but i think im going to go back to stock
