Then don't live in a van. Its a luxury if you are the parents who made the choice, not when you are the child who have no choice and forced to just follow whatever the hell your parents want to do

@BudgetTravelFamily sorry, you've misunderstood. That wasn't a criticism of your video, merely my dislike of p and o, together with the general issue of people (well meaning) using tripadvisor/ trust pilot in order to make social or political points. I can understand why you misunderstood my clumsy language though, so my apologies. I did in fact watch until the end after writing that comment. I also found one of your other videos- how you make a relatively small Ducato sleep so many people. I am converting a Ducato next year and I never thought of converting an ambulance. Good idea- they're maintained well and usually have suitable window arrangements.

@ We really like P&O so I think it’s a matter of personal preference.

@BudgetTravelFamily of course, everyone has their own view about what PO did to their crews a couple of years back. Some dislike it for reasons of morality and decency, some for legitimate questions about safety and operational performance- not least of which is the fact they're only running 2 ships on DoCa now and it's only a matter of time before the economies of scale (or lack thereof) push them out or into a merger with ICG. I used to work for PO when it was *THE* Merchant Navy, a mighty proud fleet of RoRo, RoPax, Freight, Liner and Cruisers. Now I can't bear to see what they've done to it. But as you say, each to their own.

@ This is something we weren’t aware of. I can see why you wouldn’t, and many others like P&O. We based our opinion of P&O by how our crossings have been.

Thanks for watching. 👍🚐 We originally had a fabric ladder to get to the bed above the cab. This ladder wasn’t the easiest to use, so we got rid and currently lift the kids in and out until we find a solution. 😆

@@JessicaLerma-b1q We are in the UK. Can’t drive here until 17. Our son has his own dreams he’s following and having a campervan of his own isn’t his priority. Great idea though.
