@@Sparklingstudio22 yes! This is happening when your after effects timeline didn’t start at frame 0. skip through the timeline in your blender project until you see your footage! And for the next time ensure, that your greenscreen clip will start at 0 frame! 😊🙋🏼‍♂️

@@BabaBachiOG you Need rgb + Alpha Channel! Rgb is your preykeyed footage otherwithse you would only see black frames:) and Switchlight needs the alpha information in order to transform this correctly into PBR Maps 🙋🏼‍♂️

Its a Little bit complicated as you can see. That plan was to end in blender as my target software. I wanted CC4 because of the weights and wrinkle maps, I wanted zbrush and therefore zwrap for the extra pore and micro details. But now they introduced the free base meshes so I would sculpt in blender and would use faceform for the 3d Scan, The Main point here : show me a rig inside of blender with controllable wrinkles. That is the main deal 🤭✌️

@@Thies_Gruenewald the windows folders are full of black silhouettes, except the "key" folder. I have an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H, a gtx 1650 ti and 16gb of ram. However, support said there will be updates to fix the problem

@ thanks for the update. Did re-process another file inside of Switchlight? Or you can download my Textfiles from the medical scene and test, whether these work for you 🤔

@@3dd205 thanks for your comment. Yeah I ran into the same problem. A few years back I shooted a Film with a lot of planned vfx shots. But the whole project failed because I was not able to track it by any means. So that was a hard lesson. But jetset also has it limitations and downfalls, it is not the overall solution, so it is good to have a plan b 😅😊

@@Thies_Gruenewald Have you ever thought about using the same tools only in Unreal Engine? The engine is progressing very well and your skill in combination with it will give you unlimited results. I don't disparage Blender, I love it, each has its own advantages.

So you see your file in the blender viewport, but once you hit render it turns black ?! Or is it black overall? If this is the case re-render your images in Switchlight. When just the render turns black in blender, is has something to do with your settings in eevee! Give me a little bit more details 😊

@@Thies_Gruenewald well when i hit render ob blender, it just the subject silhouette, its like only alpha channel but not rgb when render. but on AE i render png sequence RGB+Alpha. idk what i did wrong

@ hmm difficult 🤔 if you see the silhouette than maybe your key map is not correctly setup. Did you use the addon or set up the PBR Material manually?

Taking head should be no problem. The movement is not the problem, more the amount of vertices and texture maps 😊Eevee is pretty fast, even with a shitty pc 😅🙈 and than you can render image sequences in after effects even faster. Give it try and tell me about your experience

Eevee is pretty fast for rendering 😊 and than you can render everything as an EXR or image sequence and render it as an H.264 format in after effects or premiere pro 😊

@ The project I have is very realistic and it is a long video of about 15 minutes. There is also some animation but not in all the shots.

Thank you very much for your nice words :) Yeah the bg removal tool is great and I used it in a variety of shots! Sometimes there is a small glitch, but you can mask that out with some rotoscoping and you are good to go! What a time to be alive :D
