As capital markets lawyers, we are expected to be able to draft certain, but not all chapters. This video covers the chapters that are typically drafted by merchant bankers to an IPO.

All major public issues of securities are done through an offer document. For an IPO, this offer document is also called a Red Herring Prospectus. Hi Sir, *I have always carried a regret about having a LIC endowment policy (forcefully advised by my family)*... Till the time I get to know that LIC policy-holders will get a discount of Rs. 60 per share in the IPO 🤣

Very well analysed. If we read between the lines, LIC has been given more privileges by SEBI. Of course we can understand why. Hopefully it will yield the desired response and result.

Sir, can you please guide me how should I peruse my career in contract law review, right now I don't have experience nor knowledge of contract drafting.
I think a good way to start would be to read as many contracts as you can to try to understand what the parties to the contract are trying to say and how those abstract rights and obligations in contracts have been crystallized by the drafters.
