I’m still playing this amazing game after 3 years. And to think I found it randomly due to deep rock galactic 😂
Valheim was my escape from borderline and depression episodes. Cannot thank the creators enough ❤
I loved to play Valheim and hear its songs.
Still way better than so called "AAA games"
俺この世界好きだよ、そりゃ凶暴な魔物も居るけどさ。そりゃトロールの棍棒食らっちまえば1発でぺちゃんこだが、それでも憧れは止められない!!!
Some 200 hours sunk into this game and I'm sure there'll be a couple hundred hours left to go! Soaking up these lovely moments with my closest friend and my brother before we inevitably come to beat the final boss and this game slowly turns into a nostalgic memory
All good till the skeets get ya😂
If you've never played valheim, you're 100% missing out
"Valheim was the highlight of my year. for weeks and hundreds of hours I was in another world. Won't forget this experience" this comment is expressing my feeling the best
Ah, one of the few pleasant reminders of such a sh***y year.
That moment when you're just vibing to this music and a lox just decides to absolutely wreck your shit
Man, what a nice feeling coming back to plains base from Ashlands with its constant fighting
This and a Zyn can fix me
Corpse run theme
4 years now and the game in so good I can't believe it
The sky is just awesome
I grew up in a rural boom-to-bust town, where there weren't a lot of nice places to go other than the woods, the creek, and the backyard. Our neighbors looked after each other so we were allowed to roam pretty freely at a young age. A lot of my memories were of looking for places to build a little base or hangout. I used abandoned house porches, unused turkey pens, and little cliffs on the sides of the hills. This music makes me think of those memories
So nostalgic
noice
One of my favorite moments in the game was being chased by a stack of draugr including a two-star Archer... And with an abomination in tow.... I lured them into a nearby plains biome and watching them proceed to fight with the goblins there. I just hung back and was able to get all kinds of free resources. Moments like that make the game really fun.
3 years ago, my dad, my brother, a friend and I decided to play this game because we thought it might be fun, and it was, we played it for over 300 hours together. Every night was great, beating bosses, discovering new biomes and having fun. After beating the final boss, we played less and less until one day we didn't play anymore. Months later my family distanced themselves, my father and my brother did not speak for more than a year, due to personal problems, and we no longer speak with my friend, he made his life his own, and he no longer plays. So I'm here listening to this music, somehow I can hear their laughter in the background, hoping that maybe we can play together one more time.
bro you gave me chills while I read this
My heart goes out to you. I just started playing this game and fell in love with it instantly. I play with a few good friends and try to savor every minute spend playing with them. I smile when I remember their laughter the night before, knowing that we may not have the luxury of time or energy to play together in a few months or years. I got back into gaming a few years ago to get over a depression. Having these fleeting moments help me remember that it is still a good life, whatever happens and however my friends and loved ones want to live theirs. Wishing you peace and joy 💖
Pray things get better.
This is way more nostalgic for me also. With my two friends. We are still friends, but we are on our own ways. I'm listening to this while sitting on office chair, looking at distance city buildings. Kinda sad tbh.
"HIAHA!"
im not one for mythology games or boss fight games but something about this game has a grasp on me. even though the textures arent "high quality" its still absolutely stunning and the music is perfect for the tone. i fell in love with the building mechanics and the fact it has minecraft-like procedural generation. this is the first game (ive played at least) that i can confidently say its comparable to minecraft and ive been playing that since pocket edition. the vibe this game puts off is immaculate
The ultimate covid game
Hail warrior
same
It's fine music, but the track is less than 4 minutes long and loops endlessly. It gets old after a while; maybe games like "No Man's Sky" have spoiled me, because the music in that game, for example, plays for HOURS before looping. Here's hoping Valheim gets a patch that adds more and different in-game music.
I miss the sea...
The forest is moving....
Good Music
Never expected to feel nostalgia for something so new. Doesn’t feel like it was 2,5 years ago. Feels like it’s been 8 years minimum. I think videogames stopped surprising me after Valheim. My last true feeling of childhood will be strongly associated with this game forever
Eu também brother parece que faz anos
Valheim got me through lockdown this game will always have a special place in my heart
Despite not having a ton of content, I think this is my favorite biome.
41:37 "i bring tidings"
Valheim with a party of friends was an unmatched experience
best wood chopping game ever
I love how the intro is more - "melancholic" - but then it becomes almost - whimsical. Indicating the peacefulness of the meadows while subtly foreshadowing what is to come. A warm welcome to the subtle idiosyncrasies of what is Valheim. That is to say. what isn't Valheim?
Joe is an MVP for this
that feeling of relief when you run from a later zone while being chased by mobs back into the peaceful meadow
Such a legendary game
2021...😢
This game has such chili vibes. The music in valheim is making my day.
THE BEES ARE HAPPY
going through the plains with the new hard mode modifier is some nerve wracking shit.
Being diagnosed with heavy depression and anxiety disorder AND adhd this game has gotten me completely immersed and completely addicted... Its been over a year since we plaued this and it just makes me want to cry at how at peace I was then, exploring the waters, finding a cozy place to live. Going through increasing crafting recipes...
palworld is waiting for you brother
Brother, I played this game on release. So that was like what 1-2 years ago now? Me and my friends got a private server and started going to work, the jokes, the laughs had all while farming wood or stone to make our elegant wooden base this music was playing in the background. I didn’t realize I was there. I was at the spot we gamers always talk about, losing myself in a video game. Completely submersed by the visual, mechanical and incredible music playing just behind it all. The “good old days” are here. They are now. We just need to find them and appreciate them.
@@livetoskate111 was just letting you know there was another similar game when i found out about it
@@TacticsHammer I was talkin to neo
Lmao this guy said Palworld, get real dude that game is a lifeless rip off
So many good memories here. This game was like my Minecraft of 2011 <3
Definitely has been thrown into my special games catalog. Little Big Planet, Minecraft, Terraria, Cubeworld, Red Dead 2 and now Valheim
wait are you *joe* mama?
I was annoyed when I hit end game. I felt like I was just getting started and baaaam, no more content. It took 2 years to release the other 2 areas. I might play this game again if they add at least 10 more areas. It has a lot of potential and needs DLC's.
Comprei na promoção agr da steam eu e meu amigo, um arrependimento tremendo não ter jogado essa maravilha antes, eu te amo valheim
One of my favorite games of all time. This track is great for work. I feel like an ancient scribe rather than a keyboard monkey.
