The biggest issue for me in Tucson - Arizona in general,really, is the school system. Arizona absolutely has to invest in the education of its youth. That means adequate living wage for teachers.

You should also look at the builders BBB reviews and complaints and customer service records or lack there of before you recommend a product or builder.
