Is Casa Grande a good place to live or is it too far from everything? I hear there are new construction in the $300s

Casa Grande has good new construction homes there. It is further away from certain things and not as convenient as living in phoenix or Tucson, but ultimately it depends on your lifestyle and the amenities you’re needing and looking for. Feel free to give me a call or text if you have specific questions and I can definitely help out! 520-335-0350

Just like what Conservative Californians did to Las Vegas (making it even more conservative), they're destined to do the same in AZ, make it more conservative.

Not that there really is an issue with that, conservative values at a modest level hold onto tradition...something that this country lacks and is giving up. On the other hand the influx of people will spike the real estate market and the states economy in a way there conservative laws probably cannot handle...this is the issue. Regular AZ residents will get priced out by the CA movers sadly.

You realize conservatives are no more "infectious" then democrats are right?
