So the advertising/showing of the first 4 bedroom “home” with 3 dining room areas is definitely not set up as a home. If so at least the dining room option#3/office option as a family room or hidden living room. I think the first dining room should be set up as a living room and change the lighting fixtures to fit the mood which can be done within the same decorative style. The first”home” is definitely setup to use as a club/entertainment stay. It’s not a family friendly set up at all. 1st home definitely not very “home like” more of a play/party place. But hey I think light fixtures could be an easy change to make it work as a living area for a family.
