"'Sunset Boulevard': From Movie to Musical," the 1995 Canadian TV documentary for the opening of Livent's "Sunset Boulevard" at Toronto's Ford Centre. Preceded by an opening night feature with Glenn Close.

"They're Playing Our Song" repeated its Broadway success in London in 1980, with a superb set of leads in Tom Conti and Gemma Craven. Craven won an Olivier Award for her performance, and here she makes a TV appearance delivering her big second-act ballad "I Still Believe in Love."

When Donny Osmond left the Livent/Toronto/touring production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" after five years, he was replaced by David Burnham, who has been seen on Broadway in "The Light in the Piazza" and "Wicked." This is Burnham's 1997 two-track CD of songs from "Joseph."

Bob Fosse was writer/director/choreographer of the short-lived 1986 Broadway show "Big Deal," based, like "Sweet Charity," on an Italian film, and set in Chicago in the '30s. Fosse's last Broadway show, "Big Deal" was an early example of the Broadway "jukebox" musical, in this case a book show using pre-existing songs, with Fosse receiving sole billing as author. The only recordings made of the 1958 London cast of "West Side Story" were these four songs, released on a 45 disc, and featuring only the two leads Don McKay and Marlys Watters and their songs. Chita Rivera was part of the original London cast, and her Anita had, of course, already been preserved.

"Breakfast at Tiffany's" as "Holly Golightly," the original title of the musical goes to Philadelphia for a tryout run. Starring Mary Tyler Moore, Richard Chamberlain and Sally Kellerman,. Silent footage randomly dubbed from a live recording of a NY preview. "Tiffany's" closed during those Broadway previews.
