Winch Hill 3 Carnage - Fordyce Trail in a JKU
A big thanks to Dave Hollywood, James Coyle, and WFO Concepts for rescuing me and my son from damage we experienced on Winch Hill 3 on Fordyce Trail. Otherwise, we had a flawless day...lol.

I was test driving a new 2020 Ford F-450 XL with the new 10-speed transmission and thought some others would like to know the RPM's it's pulling at various speeds.
Zach's 1st Day Driving His Polaris RZR 170

I got sick of trying to get his Polaris 50cc Quad started, so it was finally time to upgrade to EFI and a roll cage, and his and Ali's response was worth every penny.

Pretty impressive for only a 20" LED light bar!
UTV's Tackle Pritchett Canyon - Moab, UT 10-19-18
Переглядів 16 тис.6 років тому
After riding Poison Spider Mesa, Gold Bar Rim, Golden Spike, Kane Creek, Moab Rim, & Cliffhanger in our SxS's, the next logical trail was Pritchett Canyon. And, with 3 folks that had never ran it, it was definitely time for us to tackle it together. And, it was awesome!

Jeep Wrangler JKU Sound Deadening Rear Floorboord
Переглядів 1,6 тис.6 років тому
Today I pulled out all the carpet and seats to sound deaden the back portion of the Jeep. I ended up completing the entire floorboard and passenger side fender. I still have the driver's side fender to complete with the Dynamat Xtreme. Once that's finished, I'll add the DynaLiner to the fenders and anywhere else I can fit it under the carpet. And, if at all possible, I'll add DynaPad in places,...
Jeep Wrangler JKU Sound Deadening Driver's Side Rear Door
Переглядів 1,5 тис.6 років тому
I'll post another video of one of the front doors when I get to it. Taking the door apart is a little bit of work, but not impossible. Once apart, I tried to Dynamat Xtreme as many areas as I could on the outside door skid and lower portion. I decided not to dynamat the outside of the inside panel and do it on the inside underneath the plastic door trim to make it a little easier. Overall, I'm ...
Jeep Wrangler Sound Deadening Hood with Dynamat

Jeep should really invest a few dollars in quieting down these Jeep Wranglers, especially considering they've surpassed $50K for a loaded Rubicon. But, because they don't, I'm going to rip apart the entire Jeep and use Dynamat to quiet it down as much as possible. Stay tuned as I continue sound deadening the doors, entire floorboard, wheel wells, and probably the back tailgate.
Hell's Revenge Tip Over Challenge in our Jeep Rubicon Recon - Moab, UT
Переглядів 4,4 тис.6 років тому
Day 3 of wheeling in Moab took us on Hell's Revenge, which is probably the most iconic trail in Moab, UT. This is a super scenic trail that's mostly slickrock with very steep climbs, descents, big dropoffs and fun obstacles like Hell's Gate, Escalator, Hot Tubs, Tip Over Challenge, and more. We didn't get a lot of footage on this trail, unfortunately, so here's a few different angles of Tip Ove...
Seven Mile Rim in our Jeep Rubicon Recon - Moab, UT

Day 5 of wheeling in Moab took us on Seven Mile Rim north of the river in Moab, UT. This is a great trail with lots of fun off-camber obstacles, multiple sets of challenging ledges, Wipe-Out Hill, and some of the best overlooks and scenery Moab, UT has to offer. I know Jeeps have conquered every trail in the world, including Seven Mile Rim, but we had a blast doing it in our first Jeep we've ow...
Poison Spider, Gold Bar RIm, & Golden Spike in our Jeep Rubicon Recon - Moab, UT
Переглядів 3726 років тому
Day 6 of wheeling in Moab was awesome! These 3 trails are some of my favorites, for sure, but it makes for a long day. We hit the trailhead at 8am and got off right at 8pm. Most of the video is from the beginning of Poison Spider up to the crack. After the crack we decided to film less and boogie on down the trail. We definitely had fun doing some of the obstacles in the dark. I know Jeeps have...
Stock Honda Pioneer 1000-5 LE Tackles Poison Spider, Gold Bar, & Golden Spike

Poison Spider, Gold Bar Rim, and Golden Spike were no match for James's stock Honda Pioneer 1000-5 LE. Other than a few dents to the rock rails, a few scratches, and some rockrash on the wheels, it did awesome!

Fins N Things - Moab, UT 11-6-17

Our first day out on the trails in Moab, UT led us to Fins N Things. It was a blast to hit the trails again after a 7 year absence. There's definitely no place like Moab.
I love it! You guys attempted the buggy line on winch hill 3 by yourselves. That's crazy stupid awesome 😀. Looks like it's time for RCV axles!!
Great, play-by-play
Thank you!!
Your son is a great copilot. Memory’s that will last a lifetime
Great narration kid
First I’m happy I bought a little beast.. 1000-5. I do like the way they coach you. I would definitely need them to help me too. Very impressed.
A++ on the commentary!
I don't see anything that impressed me much. Look up some RZR climbs & be impressed.
That kid will have memories that will last a lifetime. Good job Dad!
Buggy Line solo in a basically stock Jeep ? Dad has a lot of guts not to much common sense. That trail should not be run solo. Kodos to him for staying calm and getting you through !! I hope he learned from the experience
Other than obstacle, it was a blast with no issues. And definitely not a stock Jeep. I learned that next time I'll bypass that one obstacle...every other obstacle we ran clean. Yes, not the smartest thing in the world, but it's not like we were going to die out there because we broke...lol. Crap happens...it's what makes these types of trips memorable...and expensive, I might add lol.
Don't bypass that obstacle next time. Upgrade your axles and study different approaches. Every guy I've seen do that ostacle has to slowly work up it. Next time when your son sees you complete that obstacle, he'll think you're such a bad ass for multiple reasons!!
What rear end do you have? Is this a P/U or C/C?
Very impressed with my 2003 Pioneer 1000-5 Trail. If it has one wheel on the ground, it's gonna go!
How come our kids don't buy us a new toy when we broke the one we had? At least they can film it these days.
Keep up the videography. Definitely takes good angles for viewing pleasure and says what is important. Dad....don’t take the buggy line solo next time. Glad you got out safe.
Luckily the apple fell far from the tree 😂
I was feeling a little buyers remorse after buying Dynatrac 60s. I feel much better about my purchase after watching this. Great narrating BTW.
"get out of this mess my dad created himself" 😀 been there done that, a number of times! great video
The best part about this video is the kids commentary. I cannot stop watching.
Your son did well with the camera. 👍🏼
Your Son Is Smart
Awesome video. Good memories with your pops...loved seeing him stay calm. Respect.
Good times there! Memories made for sure
This video is Great the narrator is awsome!
Well done.
Fordyce solo? That's definitely not a trail I'd even try alone. Love the honesty of your son's narration. " Hopefully we get out of here alive". LoL.
Yeah buddy…had we gone around wh3 it was a clean day. But, instead it was our most expensive wheeling trip ever lol.
@@chrisrademacher8378 man sorry to hear that.
@@chrisrademacher8378 the WFO delivery couldn’t have been cheap
Absolutely love the kid commentary. We trashed our jeep there too. Broke an axle and limped back to camp at Meadow Lake.
I miss the mountains 😭
Love Your videographer
💪 gotta test the limits!
Tennessee! What happened?! The Jeep was fine after Jeep jamboree. Guess my brother and I should have taken you up on your fordyce offer to talk you out of that hard line.
Yeah, we did all the hard lines everywhere else, but this one ate my lunch. Oh well...front chromo axles going in, hutchinson internal beadlocks, king hydro bumps front and rear, and warranteed rear chromo axles, and we'll be back up and running stronger and ready to run it again...next time with a different strategy, lol...and more spare parts and tools. :)
37s with Dana 44 front and rear?
Ha.. I believe I just watched the WFO rescue video of them coming up to help. You we killin it until..boom
Holy crap!!! This video just keeps getting worse the longer it goes!!! Glad you ok. But should have named this video. Yard sale on hill 3!!!
Dang! Hard line on WH3 is no joke. Glad you guys got out ok. Nice video. 👍🏼
Yeah, probably wouldn’t have run it had I known lol.
Great video!
Makes me want to upgrade from my P520.
I like the video quick question what's the benefits of sound deadening the hood and the other question is what's the thickness of the secondary soundproofing material that you added on top of the sound deadener for the hood.. I was hoping to find someone to do the sound deadening of the hardtop I like the Jeep Happy New Year to you
That's awesome the 450s at work run about 3300 rmp at 80 can't wait to get the 10 speed
Me with my 86 f250 3 speed
Now that's how a demonstration should be done. Show exactly what the machine is capable of doing with Intelligence and skill as opposed to reckless stupidity. Honda should pay you!
Pretty impressive
Tbh the f450 gear shifting sounds different
it really cool dude i love ford super duty built ford tough! than Chevrolet Silverado DirtyMax and Ram 2500 Cummins
Great video guys
Awwsome what add-on's do you have?
well done ;)
What is your rear end ratio ?
The guy with the hat on who got bumped in the head looked just like one of the hosts from the TFL channel.
Everyone complaining has clearly never been in an f550 with 4.88’s at almost 3k around 75mph
🏆🏆🏆👍🙏 Your ice chest was rock solid. How is it secured? Fantastic patient no panic driving⭐💪🤗 Thank you for sharing.
My 2016 P-700 did it too.
That’s not a 2020
