Adjusting my perspective: Perception, life experience, emotional maturity/mental health, and contentment. Each helps play a role in having an overall positive outlook towards life. That said, while positivity is the goal. Even if you start out with a negative mindset . . . As long as you eventually shift to a more positive outlook later. The important thing is that you started. More importantly, you stick to it. At least in some capacity.😁

I'm 68 and found happiness in my life in my 20s. This advice is so spot on. If you follow what Matt is saying and truly do them, your life will become 1000% better. Believe me, been there, done that and it works. I am living proof. Go for it, work at it and soon it becomes easier and more satisfying.
