That's Mount Aggy. Auto correct sucks
I am so glad you put this out there, now all that is needed is a parking lot and hiking trails so the woods can be ruined like My. Aggy. The porcupine, fox, bobcat, bear, and coyote can find new shelter.
10:08 holy piles of skulls and bones!!!
How do you get out there ?
@@scottcroteau7375 Fall Mill extension to Kittery Water District access road to Middle Pond.
What’s he want to “rake up”?
call me crazy or a local but, i thought I recognized the road in the first few seconds, and can confirm! lol, I'll have to go see it for myself!
@@Skate2heaven send us a pic!
But what about the 11 foot tall man in the thumbnail
I take it back.
If you have a smart phone you have a flashlight. Ironic that old guys cannot get the flashlight to turn ON
Retribution for the Candlemas massacre?
@@jerrydinsmore3010 yes, I imagine Candlemas inspired retribution.
Place looks familiar remember going out there on snowmobiles with my brother Michael, Jeffery Chase and Mikey Bridges… crossing the creek …. Thinking there was a pond down there also ? I know we went that way in the summer going to the power lines to pick blue berries ….great childhood memories ….
@@janicegriffin645 yup, this was straight behind your house. There is a pond out there. There is also a large development just past the graveyard. Who could have guessed?
Someone was There to many straight lines 4 million years ago. Star wars stuff. Yota.. I have been at lake arrow head since 66..vary special place. Look at the stars in August. The rocks in the ground are special. Black stones
That looked like a cannonball hole! Maybe a battle site between the Abenakis and the English.
maybe
Look at the bear near the top of that outcropping!!
Gawgus!!
Really miss you oldtime Mainers! The best!
Looks like some good bouldering to be had, looks like sedimentary rocks at the start the rest looks like granite
"Theres more ron" lmao sorry hahaha that caught me off gaurd. Ron seems cool
Very cool boys!
Come on... You didn't bring a light because you know it goes no place...
That's not a cave.
This is giving me Blair Witch vibes and I love it!!
Hell yeah fuck the Abornaki
These guys been drinking at the bah,,
No slaves originated in africa. They ALL originated in USA as natives.
Born in York. Love the video.
I think they should contact a archeologist like the ones on because these rocks are squared off as if it was a resalt in stone work and they look like they were dumped in a big rock pile which is strange because there so huge. What could lift them even our technology today could not do that but they look constructed. Giorgio A. Tsoukalos is the best one to contact if anybody knows how.
THOSE ARE CLASSIC CLACIAL BOULDER CAVES.
Stubble across you guys today absolutely gorgeous. Wish I was there. Nice exploring this gonna be a lot of our heads. Go get them.
I found Lena's grave back in the 90's, go check on her every so often. Last time I went though the land had been cleared though.
I've been all over those cliffs, never seen that cave. Guess I'm going on a hike soon lol. , I rarely go anywhere without my tick magnet dogs now so I don't get out there as much. There's an old low rock building, maybe a smokehouse out there between MT A and second. Just off a small side trail, should check that out.
Interesting....do you have coordinates?
@@susanpotters1183 for the low stone building? I’ll look at a trail map later and give rough directions. Unfortunately the trail its off isn’t named though.
I found these in the early 90's.The first time I checked them out I heard a low growl from one of the caves and got out of dodge lol. The hike looping around Folly and over the dam is a favorite, thats how I found it just followed a faint trail off the dam.. There's so much great stuff off trail in that area and around MT A.
Where exactly in York are they located? Are they near Long Sands Beach?
@@josebro352 not even close. South of Mt Agamenticus There’s a dam between Folly pond and Middle pond. It’s off to the east of that a few hundred yards. Small trail leading to it from the dam. Hard to describe coming in the other way.
@@BcinNH Thank you so much for that info! My sister lives in York on Shore Rd and I visit her often. I'd love to explore these caves this summer and now I know how to get to them. Thanks for the names of the two ponds. Great video also. I really enjoyed it!!
@@josebro352 not my video, I just commented. If you are good with maps try to figure out on trails how to get there from the east. If you come in from the west you’d have to walk over the top of the dam or go over the stream below it. Be a longer trip too.
Fake sky's big lies.
Is this biology"?
Cool stuff
Big kids playing.
Was blocked up by Giants to stop them coming up to to the outer earth 🌎 creatures of alien 👽 origin 😮 creepy 😳 stuff 😳 down thir 😊
Nice Ron,smoked a few sitting on that porky poo avoiding the rain.
Love it, so much history and discovery in the woods all over Maine. Thank you.
Fun
Love this video. I could almost picture what you three would a looked like exploring as kids. Thank you for taking the time to vlog this :)
Great find! But you don't need a rake, you want a Leaf blower 👍. The law makers can kiss my arse. Just turn camera off.
Nice video. Love it
Thanks!
Family had massive acreage near Lowville NY since the 1880s, about 2000acres...Hand planted pine forests, a river, fresh ice cold springs, glorious hills and all! Last gen of uncles kids just divided it and sold all away, they all hated it.. Sad, Im watching your vid and the stones, the ground , the trees, the rock moss!!! Its all the same as I remember long ago! TY for showing! I can almost smell all the pines, hear the crunch underfoot and the breeze whisper through the branches.
Glad you enjoyed!
Goes to check out a cave....... doesn't bring a flashlight, and puts his hand in shit.... what a clown.
Also should watch for porcupine quills. In a cave where porcupines live there will be stray quills on the ground. Don't put your hand down without looking first.
Glad you watched!
I would be afraid of the possible critters in there for sure
@@kdboyle7673 I'D BE AFRAID OF THE HOMOS THAT GIVE BJS IN THOSE WOODS.
Ron keeps saying that he don't know, yet he keeps on giving his opinion.
In my opinion and many others he is a narcissist Asshole
All I know is I know nothing! Wisdom!
"hard telling not knowin"
Fascinating!
Fantastic spot.
Thanks for being there, Robert!
Funny great video guys!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks guys! Spectacular find. I would be interested in seeing if you find more about the history of these caves. Ron is entertaining to watch and listen to.
