Such an awesome audiobook, Sam Witwer puts so much passion and intensity to the Darth Maul sections, so good. What a beast, Assant had zero chance of leaving that encounter alive. Another favorite part is when Pavan gets the drop on Darth Maul and Maul's unhinged fury at being caught off guard for the first time in his life is equally savage and hilarious 😂

Shatterpoint which Matthew Stover also penned helps you understand this so much better

That scene in the movie has its own fun fact. Ian McDiarmid had a cold on the day they shot it. That's why he has that peculiar tone of voice in the finished scene.

Count Dooku literally told Obi-Wan the truth right there, and it was all too late by the time Obi-Wan realized that Dooku was right all along.

That laugh was hair raising when I first heard it. The force can really be disturbing at times.

I think this movie has something special about it. I don't think the narrative is as strong as in RoTS or other films from the Original Trilogy, but I watched AoTC three times while I watched the others just once. I especially love the scenes in the Senate and Palpatine's rise to power.

Jonathan Davis and Marc Thompson are some of my favorite narrators when it comes to Star Wars novels.
