Баляяяяя, ну как можно хейтить вторую часть??? Одна игра актёров заслуживает всех похвал. Передача эмоций на компьютерных версиях ни на йоту не утеряна, а даже и улучшена, за счет более выразительных лиц На'ви, этих больших глаз, прижатых ушей, которые тоже сильно передают эмоции. Сама сцена такая тяжёлая, потеря первенца, накал эмоций. Буквально на себе ощущаешь их чувства. Лоак винит себя и одновременно горюет, Джейк тоже винит себя, но ему еще надо думать о других детях, о дочерях, которые в плену, ну а Нейтири итак многое потеряла с приходом людей - родную сестру, отца, дом, мать оставила дома, икрана, с которыми у них духовная связь, кучу сородичей убили, теперь еще и сын😢. Шедевр и всё! Идите нахрен кто это отрицает, смотрите своих Марвелов и со своим псевдоумным мнением что зря ждали 12 лет, можно было лучше. Да никто в мире еще 100 лет не снимет лучше.

there's not a single deleted scene involving Neytiri that I think should've been cut. Taken together, they fill in the notably absent Neytiri arc pretty well, and they and aren't that long.

The more I think about this the more upset I get. 😆 James Cameron talks about cutting scenes in the name of pacing. Dude, the length of the the Tulkun scenes killed pacing. Shave a minute of Tulkun and KEEP THIS. Every time I watch this movie I feel like the flashback/family opening montage leading up to the one year jump is too short. More exposition was needed. This is great stuff.

The music backing the kiss is gorgeous. That's a new cut. It's not from the original movie and it's not heard on this one either. Dang.

It would make a lot more sense if she was shooting fish with her bow and arrow instead of doing all that and just adapting her arrows to have a fishing line or something so she can drag out the fish she killed. Jumping entirely into the water with a spear is not her style and makes no sense adapting to it because her style already works for hunting.

Neytiri's raw screaming at his death is, hands down, one of the best performances I've seen of a parent reacting to losing a child. So many films/TV undersell the pain. She just dove right into it and let it flow painfully. And the detachment, almost dissociation moment, where you can see she is swallowing her pain to get the job done, is also really wonderfully done. Zoe is a stunning actor.

personally i would have prefered scenes like these instead of the amount of tulkun and tulkun hunting scenes we got, specifically the amount of time wasted on the hunting crew and the biologist with a guilty conscience. Instead we could have far more scenes like these, maybe some more with Neteyam and Tuk, bc unlike Lo'ak and Kiri those two really were pushed to the background. Or Neytiri who, once again, loses so much bc of humans. Like here. The movie repeatedly instilled in us that it is about family, and a family sticking together during a big crisis. So why is it that i am wasting time watching a bunch of whales? I'm not even talking about the dead tulkun and its baby that were so close to Ronal, like that scene was important in terms of setting the mood. But man, seeing scenes like these being left out really annoys me. Three hours and somehow it still felt like a mess that didnt utilize the time properly, and i am saying this as someone who loves the franchise.

I have a theory why Neteyam died. So loak and tsireya obvi fell in love. And tsireya already said that. And since tsireya is the daughter of tonowari I think shes suposed to be tsahik. And since loak is the son of jake sully he cant become Olo'eyktan since neteyam is his older brother. Usually the older brother is supposed to become Olo'eyktan. So I think loak and tsireya are supposed to become clan leaders together. Idk tho... Spread the theory.
