For a sharper picture on 3ds vc hold select when launching the game. Sad nintendo added the dark filter to vc games, gotta homebrew the 3ds and inject the game yourself to avoid that sadly

The only thing that disappointed me about Platinum is you can’t get Misdrevious, Murkrow, Glameow and Stunky. I don’t why they would do that. They should’ve been available to catch in Platinum.

Real fast, I didnt know about the plushies that just came out, on their descriptions referring to kumatora as an adult. That was a mistake on my end. However, I still think my point of Kumatora being very unlikely to be over 20 still stands. Her growing in the three years means she was still not quite an adult yet before the timeskip. What threw me off when I made this was how much taller she got. In my family, all my sisters and cousins stopped growing after 13-14, so I assumed that was the case here too. But this is a work of fiction and like I said in the video, it's unlikely the devs took that into consideration. The most likely age for Kumatora is 18, maybe 19. However, it is worth mentioning that Adult Link is only 16, and Claus is referred to as the Masked Man despite being around 13. Im not quite sure if the description meant actual adult or older teenager.

I'm assuming this video was worked on & scripted before the official MOTHER 3 plushies were announced, but through Kumatora's plushie description on the MOTHER Hobonichi Store website we know that at very least she is a adult post-time, meaning the youngest Kumatora could possibly be is 15 years old pre-time & 18 years old post-time.

That Super Sonic Unlock isn't completely true. You do have to clear Classic with Sonic, but not on Very Hard. It's still probably the hardest unlock aside from Blue because you have to fight them with a character who doesn't have projectiles. The rest of them are fine since something like Mario's fireballs or Kunckles' rocks means you don't need to attack the enemy directly. Because when you do, you risk getting flung all over the stage because the game is fairly jank in terms of knockback, so characters that lack a projectile suffer hard because of it. The biggest one to me is Kirby. Not just because he can't inhale or use Final Cutter, but what was used in place of inhale. Simply using the attack button swaps you to Meta Knight, who also has no projectiles. Even so, it is very easy to accidentally swap from Kirby to Meta Knight and vice versa when you just want to attack.

(these are mostly my general thoughts but i will be referring to the video) I dont think the npcs calls ness chubby by "japanese standards" because when you look at all the other npcs in the main towns theres actually quite a few that are overweight because onett and eagleland are mostly based around america. Mid 90s and today doesnt seem like a huge gap for what is considered "fat" to change either now i dont think ness is "tumblr peter griffin" body type as you quite elegantly put it but i dont think its just "baby fat" either. Teens/tweens dont tend to have baby fat i always kinda figured his clay model was a little wider when compared to the others and it makes sense since onett is very consumerism america with the burger place being one of the first things you see when you go to town besides the library . at the start ofthe game food is your most reliable way of healing with you practically scarfing cookies and burgers down just to survive the sharks so it makes sense how growing out of that and healing psi being much more useful as ness grows stronger is kind of a show of the "lost weight" comment paula's mom makes definitely not obese or fat but probably kinda chubby in the modern american sorta way when he starts out

I feel like he was a little chubby, in the “baby fat” type of way. I think the comment about him losing weight was supposed to represent how he grew up throughout the journey and became more of a young man.

I mean the game kinda takes place on the 90s and no oficial art has signs of being fat(besides talking about weight of people under 15 is kinda rude in general beacuse is for the best interest of the person to have their natural weight and then see how they look once they streech out growing up in adolence). so yeah ness is not fat, his world´s proportions are chibi and dumb in general
