I get EHE, the unit appears to be double insulated and has an internal Earth leakage circuit which trips. I suspect an aging motherboard or power board. Anyway I reset as above all good.

My machine have the same problem. It only cut the thread when I sew thick fabrics. I tried your tip out, but it does'nt work. So I put the original knife in again and I can't belive it, now it works!!!!

you probably do notice a difference adding touch to the application but there's already products for that exact application. they made this so you can just rinse.

mats I cleaned my machine first and that didn't work. Then I ordered a new blade and replaced it. It only worked ONE time. Seems to me the arm might be a bit too high and not able to grab the thread? any ideas for this problem? thanks.

I use a similar product and I have never gone back to using wax ever again. This stuff lasts longer and is a lot easier to apply.

BTW, my machine is the Sapphire 930, but I’m sure the scissors mechanism is the same.

The blade isn’t my problem. It cuts once. The second time it makes a big bang and the upper thread breaks off about 8 inches long. Yes, this thread now is all in the cutter area. After cleaning it out, rethreading my machine and trying again to sew, it might cut properly the first time, but by the second time it clangs and bangs and cut the upper thread again about 8” long. Never had that happen before, but now unable to sew😫😫

HELLO. How can I send you a picture of the icon, when I turn on any program I have an icon in the online machine and the program does not start.

I dropped the little siver screw in machine I don't hear it rattling around . Tried shaking it upside down and nothing any ideals and what size screw for the cutter does it take

In another video I've seen applying it in 3 different ways. Dry on dry towel off (like regular wax), wet on dry towel off, and wet on wet spray off. I've never seen this stuff in real life but he founds out dry on dry off gives best result, and still just as easy to apply.

I used this stuff on my Wife's car and it performed the same way. Unfortunately, it was gone in a few weeks. I use it for wheels now.

Hello and ty for information. I got the same dryer. today "drying phase" indicator started to blink an its not heating up anymore. Starts to work for a few seconds and the timer goes on but it is not working. any idea why?
