Sounds worthless
It's so funny people judge something that they don't know anything about and still have the nerve to make sweeping statements like they have an inside edge.
At 2:04 the video says six-figure side income, where are those? The video goes on to say how this gig is only gonna offer $40k all things considered. Thank you!
Nah..I moved up to bigger and better. I have a good truck now.
All this just in the states. Not for canada
I have been in business for two years and I don't care who says they make so much money this business sucks!! If you want to open a hot dog cart RUN RUN FAST!!! The cost of food is going up and my margins are only 1.6 believe me I love this business but it has cost me soooo much money and time that if I had to do it over again I would choose not to. People say they make all this big money but I guarantee they are struggling.. I'm sorry to burst your bubble but I can tell you from my heart it's not worth it I work 7 days a week just to make ends meat and I think I would make more money just having a job.
So he took a random trip to a China Eye-wear manufacturer and had $10,000 to pay a "model". He hired his mom for tax reasons. Trust Fund baby. He is not the same as the average person. I know others who have started up from less and are doing better. This story is BS.
They are ripping you off.
Roadie is Better. And you get more pick up options. I do Roadie$$ Walmart Spark$$$$ Uber Eats$ and Door dash $$$$.
Why are you wet?
The custom battery-powered info was very interesting. Maybe do an interview with that company (and perhaps pitch them a show sponsorship package for @founderdriven!)
Great idea!
If you find a nitch you want to persue, you Better not plan on stepping on any corporate toes doing business unless you have some really big feet sponsoring you to. Food cost have a way of suddenly going through the roof. Food deleveries have a mysterious way of being overly delayed and drasticaly short. Employees have a way of mysteriously quiting for no good reasn only to be found working at your competitors. The health dept has a mysterious way of showing up out of the blue and putting a serious hurt on you. Osha has a mysterious way of showing up and putting serious restrictions on you to. The fire dept. Has a mysterious way of showing up out of the blue and harrasing you about trivial matters that dont quite seem to comply now . City or County code inforcement has a way of showing up and imposing new updates on you. People have mysterious way of becoming sick from your establishment and sueing you. Insurance co have a notorious way of dropping you out of the blue. Folks its not what you know that hiurts you. Its what you do not know that will bite you in the but the more successful you business becomes in the corporate world. Think before you do. Becarful when you do. Be small, keep it simple, and keep it all in the family.
Its not what you already know that hurts you. Its what you dont know yet that can put you out of a good idea and small business fast. If you open a burger joint near competitors like mccrap burgerstinkking, wendyguttermeat, cystalssloptroth ect. And your sales sky rocket because your product is best. Your competitors will put the squeeze on there suppliers, next thing you know, your food cost are increasing 3 fold every few months and deleveries begin comming in short and delayed to boot. Before you even know whats going on behind big corporate cutain surrounding you. Youl be struggling just to pay all the compounded expenses. Some hold in there for a year or two but most fold in three years because they have no clue what there actualy getting into going into the CORPORATE WORLD. IF YOUR GOING TO DO THIS YOU BETTER HAVE A BRILLIANT CATCHY SIMPLE TRADE MARKETABLE FRANCHISABLE NAME, ILLRISTABLE FOOD AND SIMPLE MENU, FURTHER MORE YOU BETTER HAVE A CORPORATE SPONSOR AND BACKER WILLING TO FIGHT THE BIG GUYS AND WITH THE CLOUT AND CAPABILITIES TO MOVE YOUR CO. INTO THE FRANCHISE MARKET TO. IF YOU DONT HAVE ALL THIS WORKED OUT ALREADY. GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF CLOUDS AND PLAN TO ESTABLISH A SMALL RESTAURANT LIKE YANGS SANDWICH SHOP, OR FRANKS BBQ OR SOME OTHER NON FRANCHISABLE NON TRADEMARKABLE NAME BUSINESS THAT MAY DO 75 TO 100 SALES FOR LUNCH AND DINNER, AND PLAN TO INVEST NOLESS THAN 12 HOURS A DAY OPERATING YOUR SECOND MARRIAGE.
My mom was talking about this in the late 90’s I was just starting 9th grade and was like no way it’s 2024 now and I’m now considering starting my own business
Haha life is crazy
I’m curious where to find good manufacturers.
A lot of people in the comments saying he is wrong without backing up their comment with any numbers, personal anecdotes, or the like. Maybe he is, maybe he isn't, who am I to say?
i cant activate my medzoomer accaunt
I have a good business that's been running for almost 15 years. i am considering a hot dog cart as i approach retirement. I'm still contemplating it, but your video is good and informative.
I tried loud quitting and got a promotion.
I am currently a driver. I'm averaging $30/hr and do anywhere from 17 to 30 deliveries per day depending on the route. Medzoomer will deliver within a 50 mile radius of pharmacy. They do charge you back for the background check after your 3rd delivery, they do not charge you for HIPPA certification. I think how much you make actually varies per market. They are based out of Tampa but do work out of many city and states. They are growing. I'll admit there are days I think it is not worth it but then there are killer days so I say it's no different than Uber or DD, you will always have bad delivery days that you don't make good money but then you have good and excellent days. You can also earn bonuses. Your delivery requirements will also be dependent on what the pharmacy allows. My pharmacy doesn't "require" a signature if someone is not home. I am allowed to leave the pkg in a discrete location (out of street view if possible) and upload a picture. So I NEVER need to return to the pharmacy at the end of the day with undelivered pkgs. Mine are all complete and I head home. I was very skeptical about being a zoomer! I thought it was too good to be true but I'm already a Top Tier driver and earning bonuses that now puts me over my $30/hr which beats Uber and DD in my area!
Son.. you just looked up a employee data base.. 🤦♂️
This type of business is already popular in the Charlotte area.
Market demand. That’s great.
Looking to do a cat specific store. Theres a cat cafe in our town, and im hoping to get a small locale nearby so that they compliment each other. The dream :')
If you have a free charging on a cheap long-range EV, you would avoid paying for gas and make way more profit. For example, the vw ID4 is leased now for 100$ with a down payment of 4k. Nissan Arya for 100$ and less than that down payment with 3 years free charging. EV charging stations are all over the place nowadays, and the charging time would take you at most an hour, but you would avoid paying for gas.
The majority of these people a full of BS, I was in the industry, and most companies will not give you all the loads well I can say from experience that the first two weeks they will give you most of the loads to hook you. I would say you are better of getting your own DOT/ MC # your own insurance and LLC and pay to get o a load board and get your own loads.
If people go to school for culinary arts or commercial baking They can learn how to run a business, just because your selling hotdogs, people will not come automatically, you have to learn how to sell your products. People are also selling their business cause they are moving up.
❤
So true
Will I get paid my money waiting while I’m deactivated?
What's with the albino alien???? lol
And keep overhead low!
Is it possible to do this as a part-time business? I'm just wondering how many hours per week led to that 100k/year business, and whether it could be scaled down. Thanks!
Thank you! Found it really interesting
We are in Australia and my 14 year old is planning to start kerbside painting. He is practicing until he perfects it, very tricky!! We’ve researched local council requirements and it’s pretty straight forward. Thanks for the vid!
What do you do with the waste? Do you recycle or throw it to the customer bin ?
80% of You tubers that say they are gig woofers are fake. They pretend to be a food delivery driver to get views on their channel.
Yeah.. content is the primary hustle
So are you guys offering training?
No
Your basically working for free..while assuming all the legal liability & wearing your car out also
Oh my god, you have to work holidays and weekends. Sounds like you've never had a real job, bud!!
Guess not. 🤷
Most carts for sale are not legal to use. Because most states require hot and cold water heater three sinks etc. They have to sell the carts.
bro went straight to the chat gpt route lmao
Brian is a good dude. Use to live in Seattle/Tacoma and his spots were always a nice place to gather for a meetup or meeting.
I agree!
I learned how to do this as a 17 year old in the military! Never, ever volunteer for shit.
This is just a commercial. Straight forward pricing? Just a slick marketing idea all they do is incorporate it into the price and I'm sure their is a limitation as is the fuel because RV's use alot of fuel.
Something to consider if you're starting this type of business.
Hi. As owner of a fairly new (4 years) startup called Crepe n Cream in Southern California. I found Brad inspiring as we grow from our 2 stores to a goal of 5 total in next 6 years.
That’s so awesome. Great job!
I own a cart have been doing it for 3 years. Street vending is decent as long as you’re in a good location, but it’s catering & events where the $$$ is at. You could work 45 hours prep breakdown all week at a location and make $1000-2000 for the week gross sales. Or you could prep for 8 hours work a six hour event and make the same $1000-2000. Events are more hardcore work but it’s super condensed.
Great advice! Thank you.
Who are u and why did u contact me ?
Not sure how to respond.
This is great!
Thanks Pat. I really appreciate that!
I'm trying to start an online business called DailyBelts. I designed a product from scratch. Would love it if you googled it and checked it out! Good luck on the business mate!
