I want to press on. I live on a busy corner between two towns and plan to put a trailer up for people to pull into on both sides. I will run it with my daughter. I'm very excited. I have two investors ready to go in just getting my ducks in a row and finding equipment, vendors, etc. Thank you for the information!
There are certain items that will get you a good margin (especially if you do not care about quality), but for the most part you can expect 15-30% overall margin of profit on average. There's also a ton of work required and no breaks for business owners. This is the reason why most coffee businesses fail- the payoff doesn't feel worth it for the amount of work.
Legitimate question as I haven’t researched your background. Have you run your own coffee truck? I particularly liked and agreed with your point about “menu creep” I think you called it? We’re in the UK so some of the terminology maybe different from yours but that was an experience we’ve definitely had, some customers can be quite aggressive in their demands for their own particular preferences which you will never fulfil, you will never please everyone…ever! Another great point to have made is the impact the weather can have. 👍

Love it!
Good luck to you! 🙌🏽
Coffee carts can relocate can’t they? That isn’t a good reason you discussed.
This was super helpful. I'm determined to press on. Watching was helpful.
100% gas station is not a winning location.
Excited to start on this journey
That’s awesome and the right mindset to have for this. Let me know how it goes!

I don’t think so. I think I’d pick a location with a younger crowd willing to spend money on coffee.
This was super helpful thank you!!
Glad it was helpful!
