hey bud, so you need to do it in the correct order. first turn on the op3, then plug in the usb c. if you plug in the usb first, it will only charge and won't give the option between webcam/filetransfer. Turn on op3 > plug in cable > select file transfer. 👍👌

@@YoukayTV I tried also in that order and no result. If I turn on (disconnected) OP3, camera display for shooting appears, no transfer icon

@@MarosMusicChannel-mx3ki that super strange, as soon as you plug in a usb c cable while the op3 is on it should trigger usb mode on the camera. try ad different USB port, then a diff USB cable, if it still doesn't work that way I'd consider factory resetting the OP3

@@YoukayTV I have tried all 3 ports and 2 different cables. Yes, factory reset may be the last option, hoping will not screw up anything else. Otherwise I have to take out the micro USB card every time for download what is really crazy

i;ve had a lot of review samples since this video from fifine, i did an updateo on my AM8 video, the issue was the k688 didn't play well with my cheap xlr interface which was causing the issues, as soon as i changed interface it sounded great for the price

as long as it wasent the regular wd 40 which is a degreaser, yuor good to go, mines still going strong after the fix

if your on an iphone, the app2 everytime, the integration, gestures for calls, siri etc just works flawlessly and incredible comfort and sound quality for calls!

Hi there, your probably missing the codec for playback, depending on the format your recording, your computer may not have the appropriate codec to support playback. The easiest solution is to download a free program called "vlc player" and open your videos in that, they should work fine, good luck and thanks for the comment! 🫶

Yea, what you get in portability with them you loose in functionality. Look into a small carbon fiber travel tripod if you’re constantly filming in slopes or uneven surfaces! Will weigh about the same and pack down almost as small but give you much more flexibility!

it does yea, especially so during webcam mode, but also if recording 4k for more than 15 mins at a time it becomes super noticeable. the full 1" sensor has a lot of electronics and power draw, add in the mechanical battery powered gimbal, its gonna put off a lot of heat. Nothing to worry about, but i highly recommend DJI refresh just incase, only $35 for peace of mine :)

should be good, but can't make any promises... roadrunner sell a new waterproof nanoshield you apply to electronics internally, if you did something like that to the internals it would make it fully water proof and almost submergible lol. I believe its already ipx4 water resistant because it has a gasket on the deck lid and a silicon chargeport cover. good luck mate!

It would be perfect for that, a bit spendy if you just need one, however, if your ever going to branch out into multi person content, or need the ability for multiple mics in the future, i'd super recommend this kit, the quality is fantastic for the price and the noise canceling is on another level in my honest opinion!

@@YoukayTV all my content is with multi, I make comedy videos, and do require multiple microphones. I was also looking at the hollyland c1, not sure if you have tried those

@@showcasechicago I have not tested that kit, I did buy a saramonic xlr interface a while back and it was a distory piece of junk though, I got it on amazon, it was removed from amazon a few weeks later on only available via ali express. I'd only really recommend DJI or Rode if budget allows, Comica a close 2nd, 7ryms and holyland third when it comes to lav mics I've tested to date! testing fifines new entry level 2 chan kit for my next vid, will see how that stacks up!

does it offer the file transfer/webcam option when you first plug it in while its turned on? you only have a second or 2 to tap the file transfer option and if you miss it , it may be going into webcam mode

I didnt have an interface suitable for testing at the time of recording and my K688 sounded broken through it. replacing the interface solved this issue, i have sound tests on all my recent mic reviews from wirless lav systems to gaming and podcast mics now. sorry the video sucked, im still new to this.

Right, i was pretty afraid going 25mph on it and the steering fully locking up on me, glad it was easy to deal with and didn't murder me along the way lol!!!

are you using a decent usb c cable and plugged into a usb 3 port? it should be pretty much plug and play for 1080p, if you check that first and its still freezing, try turning active track off, I've heard that can cause issues in webcam mode with the latest firmware, if none of that works, try temp changing the rez down to 720p to test, in the video capture device > properties menu, or go into the main obs settings (file > settings > output submenu > recording and make sure your using the appropriate codec for your pc!

@YoukayTV I just subscribed I really appreciate your time and help on this. It might be due to the tracking. I'll try your suggestions tomorrow and update you on what works. I wish there was a way to live stream without the wire. If I'm filming in front of a desk then the wire usbc is perfectly fine. However I'm now filming walking around about 10 ft from the desk and requires a lot of zooming in. So walking around with a 14ft usbc plugged in seems odd. You would think this camera would film live wireless for a live stream? Again thanks brother.

@@YoukayTV i came across this video today and wanted to know your thoughts on this. The video is titled USB UVC webcam to HDMI works with DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Basically it converts from USB to HDMI. What exactly would this conversion allow by doing this? I personally do not understand what the difference is or what we might be able to do with this option? The guy who made the video seems very knowledgably. Just search the title of the video his channel name is Emerald Audiovisual

@@YoukayTV just came across another good one that is perfect for me title is Turn DJI pocket 3 be HDMI output for atem mini pro us UVC to HDMI this is what i need because I'm looking to setup a multi camera stream with 3 of the pocket 3's going for different angels and being able to just hit the switch between each view.

good question - you would use dyamic framing when you want more control of where you are in the frame, a good example would be a cooking video, using normal active track, it puts your face in the middle of the shot and keeps it there, so nothing your working on, on the counter is in the frame, with dynamic you can set the framing and get you head above the middle of the frame, so the counter and what your working on would also be in frame. hope that makes sense?

I see that Dynamic tracking allows you to do the same via the 9 spots. Wouldn't that make these 2 features virtually the same? this one only has USB or bluetooth, you will probably need one that has a 3.5mm to connect to a monitor, or check and see if your console can output audio via usb

bluetooth is just an option, i have mine plugged in via usb, if your console allows usb audio device it will work there too

this speaker has been for sale for over 4 years now, not sure whos copying who, its just some chinese speaker where everyone copies everything as soon as they find something that works lol

Are you plugging them into the right output? The one right by the xlr is a trrs for headset combo mics, the other one is for headphone monitoring. If so do you have the headphone gain turned up and direct monitoring on?

ahh gotcha, yea for that you need to route your audio in for it to work, can you select the maonocaster in windows volume mixer to be the output device? I haven't tried setting it up to listen to pc audio through its internal headphone out, so not entirely sure, but i'd start there! you may also need to use a second usb c, or the included 3.5mm cable into your pc, then it be selectable via windows as the output device to be able to hear through it. again, just guesses, but good luck!

Hey bro thanks for the comment! yea, the breaks really let this scooter down, everything else for the price is fantastic though, build quality feels phenomenal, I didn't go dual motor because everything I read lead me to believe that was mostly for hill climbing and since I wasn't experienced, I also didn't know what to expect for steering so that was why I landed on the G4. It's funny though, now i've tried it and really enjoy it, I mat go further down the rabbithole with these electric scooters, stay tuned!!

I subscribed brother, U will break it in just takes some time to get used to it and then u get more confidence, I might buy a G4 also, 11 tubeless tires and that its bigger than the G2 master I also lean for the G4 amazing scooter for the price, u can easilly change break pads on it takes 15 min - people install shimano pads what I heard, G4 looks amazing love the looks on it, let us know what range u get on it later🍺👍🏿

Thanks so much for the sub!! yea, I've been looking at replacement break sets, semi decent hydraulic kits are pretty cheap these days, so a future update if i lose confidence in these mechanicals. Overall, they aren't bad per se, I just know that cables going to be stretched and need constant adjustment in the future. Been riding a lot practicing the last few days, got almost 20 miles on the odo just doing local parking lots. I tried mode 3 (race) and its sooooo much power, really need to lock in the stance to counter the acceleration, nutty fun, but terrifying also lol. One worrying thing I encountered was steering. trying to go in a straight line, and doing micro adjustments with the handlebars to avoid stuff on the ground that sneak up on you, the whole stem kinda clicks, or snaps doing small handelbar movements. I'm not talking big turns or anything, just micro side to side, say to avoid a dip or pothole i didnt see ahead. its super jarring, shakes the whole front end and has me trying to counter it with my wrists and forearms. after watching some videos it seems like maybe the steering is too tight and will need some adjustment, but the clicking or snapping has be a bit worried. i'll report back on my updated video here in a few weeks!! thanks again bro!

I was on the fence! went with the g4 because of the 60v20ah system ultimately. rode some more today, truly love it but know it can easily murder me if I don't pay absolute attention to the road ahead lol, thanks for the comment bro, enjoy your g3 pro!
