Thank you Laura. The last time I went to Zion on a whim when my business matters ended early in Las Vegas in the winter i walked on a part of the trail you were on. That was the only time I ever saw a porcupine way up in a mostly barren tree I had not planned to go there so I used my suit jacket against the cold. I encountered a nice elderly couple on a stroll and the lady looked at me as I left, having pointed out the porcupine and she said, " Oh... an executive hiker." That is a memory I will never forget.

That's where Geronimo and his band of warriors hid out during the 1870's and 1880's. Rugged, but beautiful!

Το ιδανικό είναι να τρώμε για βράδυ μέχρι τις 19:00.Το πολύ 20:00. Μετά ο οργανισμός παύει να λειτουργεί όπως κατά την διάρκεια της ημέρας. Κι αυτό επειδή προετοιμάζεται να πέσει για ύπνο. Αν φας μετα τις 20:00,η πέψη θα είναι ατελής και η τροφή θα αρχίσει να αποσυντίθεται στο στομάχι,με αποτέλεσμα οι τοξίνες που θα δημιουργηθούν να περάσουν στην κυκλοφορία του αίματος και με την σειρά τους σε ολα τα ζωτικά όργανα.Μακροπροθεσμα θα υπάρξει και συμφόρηση της λέμφου,με οτι συνεπάγεται. Εκτός αυτών,το πρωί θα σηκωθούμε πιο κουρασμενοι απο το προηγούμενο βράδυ που πέσαμε για ύπνο. Με αποτέλεσμα να χρειαστεί να βαλουμε στον οργανισμό μας για να συνέλθει ,αλλο ενα δηλητήριο.Τον καφέ. Φαύλος κύκλος. Ενός κακού μύρια έπονται. Σκέψου το.❤

Για να υποχωρήσει το πρήξιμο στα μάτια,θα πρέπει να αποσυμφορηθεί η λέμφος σου.Τα οφέλη θα είναι στο σύνολο του οργανισμού σου και όχι μόνο στα μάτια. Δεν έχεις παρά να γκουγκλαρεις: αποσυμφόρηση λέμφου. Είναι λίγο δύσκολο για το δυτικό τρόπο διατροφής.Θα βοηθούσε αν την ξεκινούσες με έναν δικό σου άνθρωπο ,ώστε ο ένας να υποστηρίζει τον άλλον. Αν δυσκολευτεις να βρεις πληροφορίες,που δεν το νομίζω, ζήτησε μου να το κάνω εγώ για σένα. Σου εύχομαι καλή προσπάθεια και για ότι χρειαστείς είμαι εδώ.

I really enjoyed this series. The climbs looked like murder though. I am going to make your chicken soup next camping trip. In one the earlier episodes it looked like you had a bear box in your site. Do they have bears on Catalina?
