Yes straight arm pullover
Use in pre-exhaust training. Do it first to work back only then without any rest do multiple joint exercises like pull-down, or row exercises that many muscles totally exhaust back. Shoulders arms even chest muscles work together to fry back. Works very well for me .

Do you think could add short blurbs to the descriptions? Could copy directly from your workout programs
The ticeps extensions would be better with a fixed elbow position, deeper stretch (all the way down) and a complete contraction (all the way up, locking out). Also the biggest benefit of an incline curl would be the big stretch at the bottom, so really go all the way down, stay in the stretched position for at least a second, and curl the weight up.
