'' छ्याडू '' परम्परागत नृत्य नेपालका आदिबासी जनजाति मध्य गुरुङ जातीको प्राचिन शास्त्र सम्बम्द्ध नृत्य हो , शास्कृतिक रुपमा पितृ कार्य अर्घौ ( पय ) मात्र नाचिने यो नाच प्रदर्शन गर्न अन्य बेला पनि नाच्ने गरिन्छ , छ्याडु नाचमा बजाइने बाजालाई ह्तोदु र छवाली भनिन्छ भने यस नृत्यमा गीत पनि समाबेश गरिएको हुन्छ , गुरुङ समुदायको शास्त्र सम्बद्ध न्रिया भएकोले यो नृत्यको शुरुवात ८ हजार वर्षा पहिले देखि भएको हो भन्ने शास्त्रीय प्रमाण रहेको छ कास्की क्षेत्रमा छ्यडु , लम्जुङ्ग क्षेत्रमा सेर्गा र गोर्खा क्षेत्रमा ह्तुनु भनेर सम्बोधन गरिन्छ ,सस्कार र सस्कृतिले सुसोभित गुरुङ समुदायको यो प्रमुख सस्कृति पनि हो।
