I have recently, their in House Manager for their Trade In's Department, Mr. Zalman I believe his name is and etc, recently told me a $7900.00 Baume and Mercier, Clifton Flyback Chronograph which I had Bought in Jan of this year, they told me it was worn to much which was absolutely False, it was Genuine and Brand New, it was a limited edition, I cleaned up the watch very nice before I sent it in, kept the box and paperwork, and everything with it, It was still keeping excellent time, and functioning correctly and everything, They Quoted me $1000.00 for trade In, I said okay great, they received it and it said because of a tiny little ding on the case it was to worn, and they were not interested, Because I wanted to trade for an EDOX Grande Ocean, Automatic Chronograph Diver, instead, even though the Baume et Mercier was still in excellent working order and everything, no scratches on the Sapphire Crystal, so no don't trust these people, and Don't Buy anything else from them in the further future they Lie.

I bought Tissot watches there since 2016 and never had any issue.

Love my CW watches but I think Farer do colourful watches better!

Got sd 43 2 weeks ago and put watchshells on the clasp and cant even see rhe film..wore it a few days and had a couple scratches before adding film...my breitling superoocean thats polished definitely gets way less scratches even though much harder wear

Absolutely loving my C63 Valour and C60 Atoll Shark White. I will say that CW makes an amazing watch, but the Customer Service I received just horrible. For that reason alone I will never buy another CW watch again, and have been collecting for over 30 years now. It's sad when a company like CW has an amazing product, but their customer service kills the experience and memory of owning that watch. Let me explain. It started when I ordered the C60 Atoll. Somehow I was charged duties and customs when I live in the US. I emailed CW and a day later I got a email stating that they knew of the glitch and they were waiting on their Operations Manager to figure it out and for all the hassle I would receive a free watch band. And CW would get back in touch when they figured it out. Well I waited for 3 weeks while CW forgot about me. I emailed CW again asking where is my refund, and then fun started. Between computer glitches, sending me order confirmations but not standing behind them, people not doing what they say they will do, and the last straw was with Matthew Thomas the Operations Manager not doing ANYTHING he said he would do in a email to me......I'm done with this company. And my advice as a watch collector for over 30 years is this. There are many other companies out there that are making just as good if not better watches for the same price or cheaper. Honestly I would buy a Longines and spend the extra few hundred or thousand. You're getting an amazing watch with history and heritage attached to it, along with outstanding customer service directly from Longines. But to each their own. Customer Service to me is everything in a company, and unfortunately CW is lacking it.

Very useful, having a fake for comparison would have been useful as well though.

I have bought a tudor bb58 from ebay. I have received a watch through their authenticity guarantee with a loose case back that I could turn with my hand. I have sent it back to be tightened however they refused to pressure test it for more than 2bar despite they have opened it and broke the seal. Nor they check for condensation. It was an iso certified diver less than a year old, still under manufacturers warranty. Should I wish it to be waterproof again, it has to go back to tudor for an extra £400 service.

Great review of a great watch and company in C Ward. I have the c63 Ukraine SE. Nice watch and close to my heart through heritage. Curious if you have experience with the Longines conquest GMT. I've tried the black version on the rubber strap and on overly impressed. Curious your thoughts, again nice review and this CW looks great.

Love the look of the watch!! I had the the Atoll (non GMT) unfortunately there was tons of bezel play. QC seems to be hit and miss. I like their latest releases but very hesitant on purchasing from them again. Great review 👍

120 bidirectional bezel? Shouldn't it be 24 or 48 or maybe 60 for a gmt?

I got an Oyster Precision hand-wound ref. 6426, with the same dial and hands configuration as the Air-king you’re talking about. Same 34 mm but even slimmer as it’s got no rotor. To me and my 6.75” wrist, it wears incredibly well and comfortable. It doesn’t look small by any means, and the oyster bracelet is gorgeous. It’s my first and so far only Rolex, I really like it. I love the winding ritual.

Like the concept, but not the colors. I realize they're trying to be original, but for me, they've strayed too far off. Lastly, not unique to CW, but I feel a GMT of this style really ought to have jumping hour hand function rather than jumping GMT hand. I would think Sellita would want to get on that money train sooner than later. Also, CW has shown a great ability to modify/repurpose movements, why not create their own traveler GMT movement, assuming the cost premium wouldn't be outrageous.

I have it for more than a Year now any it's a keeper. very rare in it's interpretation and fit and finishes are great. also, the operation feedback is really nice. such a beautiful piece of jewelry. size is just perfect, it wears bigger than it suppose to be at 36mm. really superbe! aaaah, and the movement is extremly accurate in my unit

I’d throw in 1 more variable: one’s age. I’m in your approximate age bracket and realized the waiting game was ridiculous. Bought a Batman; got a great deal. But I would tell guys under 35 - unless they’re ridiculously rich - wait. World economies are going to get worse; Rolex is boosting capacity; you’ll get The Call.

Verizon is the absolute worse option for a phone company!!! I was promised $30 dollars a line for 4 lines and $30 dollars a month for the internet for a total of $170 per month, with internet speeds of 100 to 300mbs. My best internet speed was 72mbs and normally ran 30 to 50mbs. No 5g only 4g. My first bill was $255 after 10 days. After fighting through the Verizon assistant I spoke with a customer service agent in India who promised to fix my bill if I didn't cancel. They will say anything to keep you past the 30 day trial period. My next bill was $272. once again calling their customer service, I was promised it would be fixed. Next bill was $292 and same thing again and finally 4th bill was $304 at which point I switched to T-Mobile. Then Verizon sent me a final equipment charge bill for $569 even though I returned their equipment. There is a lot more, but you guys get the idea. Terrible internet speeds, worse customer service in the history of the planet and lie after lie from their sales staff.

Half a year later still available, next to the successor NY008x, which is not much more expensive. I wear it on Rubber, Natos, Leather (i have the …85, the coke one, and it looks breathtaking on a red leather strap), and the fitting jubilee bracelet from Long Island Watches. The Promaster is my favorite watch and my daily beater (and i have Seikos, Casios and some great aliexpress-banger).

Great video! I have the CW Sealander with the hunter green patina color. I totally agree it is a fantastic watch. It’s both a little rugged and a little elegant, it looks great, I can go swimming with it, and it feels like I got an Explorer or an Aqua Terra for less than a thousand bucks.

Main argument why this watch is probably the next one I’ll buy is bauhaus design. Taking that into consideration, what is your opinion, automatic or quartz version?

I get scratches on the back due to fine particles of dust, dirt, sand settling on my skin. It most likely causes abrasion scratches. Surfing in it does not help much either😂 Even the gentle rub from your cleaning cloth can do it once it collects a few bits of dirt.

34mm sized and styled dial for females

I wanted a small and simple piece to accompany me when I left the UK. I was travelling through some south east Asian countries and I was not comfortable taking my more expensive pieces. I’m so happy that I decided to go for this little guy. it’s light, it’s small and I forgot all about it When it’s on my wrist. I’ve actually had a fair few comments from other people about my watch. I’m so happy I bought it. Thanks for the review!

The Hydroconquest 39 has an aluminum bezel, the newer ones (41mm I think) have ceramic. Awesome watch either way

Stop treating them as financial investments and just wear the damn things. Enjoy the fact you are even fortunate enough to own something like that. Most people will never be able to afford it or just don’t want to spend that kind of money.

I don’t buy luxury watches, I buy Seiko, Bulova, Citizen, brands like that. I just bought my first item from them, cologne. Prices are good, shipping seems to be fast. I found Seiko 5 at a good price.
