Since then, more mountain climbers have reached the top,...

After trying seven times to summit a mountain and failing, that SHOULD make you aware that maybe this is just "NOT for me!" There is a fine line often, between attempting something dangerous and the obsession to do it, which can kill you! If you don't mind dying, fine, but if you wish to continue enjoying all life has to offer, then maybe you need to choose to "let this one go!" Nanga-P is not called "killer mountain" for no reason! Just like K-2 in Pakistan is called "Savage Mountain" for a reason!

He died because of going back 3 times for clients and getting them down to camp. He was worn out, literally, the lack of air taking its toll on exhaustion and gradual edema of brain and lungs enough affect his state of mind, and rational thought leaves you by causing death decisions like 'resting feels good' when you MUST keep moving. *He gave his life so that others could live. Scott was among that elite group the best of the best.

even if i personally find it stupid i don't have anything against people chasing their passion and dying doing what they loved the most. that is up until the point they have kids. insisting on this climb with no supplemental oxygen while leaving a wife and an infant son behind was just selfish and despicable. they didn't deserve this. his name is pronounced Shuhaida btw

I don't know who assembled the images, but they are supposed to help, not confuse. And the scriptwriter needs a course, maybe many. It was dreadful. One brave would be enough. Talk about adjective overload. You wouldn't think it was possible to almost ruin one of the most heartbreaking stories of climbing, one which included the two mountaineering giants of a generation and how they met their end. Both Shining Mountain and Sacred Summits are well worth reading. They are awe-inspiring. And why the caps in the title? Out of all the words to describe the loss of Boardman and Tasker, I think terrible, even in lower case, lacks thought.

They're letting too many climb. There shouldn't be the congested line we're seeing and just the garbage alone is ridiculous. They should tell every climber if you want to climb then you alone should carry down your own garbage and dispose of it properly. It makes me so angry to see so much garbage on a beautiful mountain in a beautiful place of the world. That and the garbage in our oceans. It seems like there are so many people in this world that only care about the present and don't give a shit that our world is being destroyed, like if it's out of sight then it's alright. And every other species besides humans are paying the price and they did nothing to contribute to the pollution and deforestation. Humans are cancer to this beautiful planet. We literally had the Garden of Eden and we have done so much damage in a few hundred years that will last thousands and thousands of years. 😢😢😢

As mother of Denali Schmidt and former wife of Marty Schmidt I am asking you to take this disrespectful video down. You just did it for clicks and possibly to monetize this fiction. Despicable.
