Ulanzi G9-5 saved my GoPro!
In this episode, Willie heads home after scrapping unusable parts of an unsuccessful video, and starts a new one with that very concept in mind; making a video about not making a video. Little did he know, his GoPro helmet mount was going to attempt scrapping that idea too.

Brother I don’t think there is anything different between Zebco 33. Other than Zebco 33 comes with 10lb.. I’m about to just buy an Omega pro and call it a day. Thanks for the review I can’t handle the gear sound. The 33 is heartbreaking to me now. As a kid it was my favorite growing up on a lake! Now get a lil lake grass in them and they are junk! Took the time to take it apart and the spring yeeted itself lost in the garage!🙄 I have my bait casters but the transition right now to winter a can’t sling it like I want.. Thanks again!!

@@markk709 Hey there🤠, I know what you’re sayin’. I bought a new 33 gold and it broke before I got out of the house with it.. However, the Bullet so far seems to be a pretty nice reel. Not sure how I feel about the rubber cover on the button jest yet but we’ll see.. seems like it would produce a hole fairly quick if used a lot. This new Delta did not impress me at all.. it was noisy, had uncomfortable crank knobs, and was sharp and rigid to hold. Not worth $65 in my opinion.. I love the old Zebcos and still have quite a few. They’ve proven themselves on numerous occasions.. Thanks for watching!! Willie

Hi Andy, hope you had a great time. 😂 I am with you when fish or whatever breaks the line. I worry about the poor fish that broke my line. 🙄😒 We got hit by the wind and rain from the hurricane. It blew down a down spout outside our window. The rain was so heavy, water started coming in through the roof and wall. Then, part of our ceiling came down. Thanks for the shout out, Willie! I've found that sometimes vintage solid fiberglass rods can give off fiberglass particles that are very irritating to your skin and eyes. I'm very sensitive to the itchiness that those particles give me, so I give the rod a coat of polyurethane to seal the fiberglass before handling it any further. Not every solid fiberglass rod will give off those particles, but you will know right away if you start experiencing the itch on your skin. I wear gloves, goggles, and N95 mask when spraying polyurethane on old fiberglass rods. After the polyurethane cures the rod is safe to handle. The translucent solid fiberglass rods are the worst offenders.

@@TheGraytOutdoors I was surprised how well it cast despite the line going out the "wrong" way. The problem was to find enough slow fishing lures so you can crank in without getting stuck in the bottom. 4grams spoon worked but probably need to change the line from 8.8lbs to a 6.4lbs nylon line for longer casts and lighter spoons. I managed to find my reel in mint condition with box and manual for 25$ so I am happy with the price.

@@dannes6492 $25 is a great price having the box and paperwork.. I use 6lb line on most all my spincast style reels, it’s a great in between size that can still handle larger fish as well as cast lighter lures fairly well.. The model 80, mechanically speaking, in my opinion is the best of the best when it comes to the sidewinder style reels and yes, it’s amazing how easily the line come out of a “sideways” reel.. you just have to remember there’s no “Anti-Reverse” and once you get use to that, it’s a blast fishing with them..

@@Boswd Hey there! Thanks so much!! I can’t say I haven’t had to toss a fish a little bit of a distance once in a while (usually it’s due to low water issues). Most of the time it’s the smaller bluegills, panfish, or small bass that can handle it. The larger fish always get released on the edge. Those fish aren’t doing us a favor by letting us catch them so they don’t deserve to be tossed like hot potato’s back to their home.. I also don’t use fish to catch other fish. They weren’t born to be tricked into to being caught and used by us as bait to catch another larger fish..they have a hard enough of a life avoiding being lunch for all those other predators in their environment, they don’t need us using them as well.. Sadly the timing of this catastrophe is the problem.
