Willie thanks for answering those great questions. You seem to be the type of person. That would be nice to know. Sharing your life is a good thing for us. Just keep doing what you do so well. And we will continue to watch.
@@jimamccracken5783 Thanks a lot Jim. I’m nothing special just a guy with a GoPro and a son that’s good at editing.. 😂 I’ve always enjoyed entertaining, so here I am.. for how long, who knows.. Thanks for watching Jim! Willie
@@christinerogers5331 Hey CJ! Thanks so much!! Just a little something to help people go to sleep faster.. Hopefully part 2 comes around this weekend.. looks like we’ve got a wet weekend and week coming up..
goodmorning willy how are you today love your videos so much i have a question fore you what's your favorite expensive rod and what's your favorite cheapest rod love to you and yours frome paul in p.a
@@paulbohn1971 Howdy Paul!! My “go to” for the less expensive rods are Berkley Lightning Rods.. Unfortunately they’re not as inexpensive as the use to be ($49) but I have more than several and I like them.. As far as expensive rods go, the ACC Crappie Stix and the “Favorite Defender” are the only two I really have.. both in the $100 range.. I’ll have to show them on an upcoming episode.. I prefer the one piece rods but I’m not overly picky, I’ll use either, however for certain types of fishing I will specifically look for the one piece.. thanks for asking.. Willie
@@GaryB94558 Oh No Sir, I could’ve done that.. I did use it a couple times and you’ve already sent me some to which I replaced it.. it’s absolutely no big deal whatsoever.. it’s old plastic.. and I’m asking a lot from these old reels… I had already taken it apart once and I didn’t see it.. so it may have happened during use.. you’ve done plenty for me..
I’m a “readily available” kinda fishing rod user.. I own both but I prefer a one piece casting rod.. spinning rods can go either way. A lot of the time, it’s what ever is there.. the only rods I’ve ever had breaking issues with have been Bass Pro Shops.. I had several snap on the hook set and a couple on cast so I stay away from them no matter how many pieces they are.. for some reason they always end up being one more piece, lol 😂..
@@morrislane9917 Hey Skip!! Yes I do use new equipment.. on rare occasions 😄. Most all of my rods are new and I have new reels but there’s just something about that old stuff that not only adds another level of challenge but also gives you a sense of gratification that you rescued something and gave it purpose again. For me, it’s a great feeling..
