It's my favorite mower i've used for commercial use, but it has a few big flaws that needed to be mentioned. The handles become loose and you need to reinforce it with clamps etc.. The sensor buttons stop working and you have to bypass those. It's easy but taking the whole cover off the mower is annoying. Lots of other issues like that but still i literally love this mower i think about it all the time.

that connector at 1:52 is not easy to remove, have to push the screw driver deep to move the clip, I do it on one side first, then on the other side but the yellow clip and screw will fall into the gap of the tank easily, better fill the gap with something before removing anything

Still leaking after replacing seal, now I need a video on how to tighten the screws of the group head, looks like others need this also. But in the meantime, I’m gonna take it apart and see if I can find the screws myself. Thanks for the video. At least I know it could be the group head needs tightening.

Well, it does work but... It started to leaking again after couple of days after seal replacement. I bought a silicone and no leaking since! :)

Yeah lots of major mistakes in his procedures. Definitely call a professional on a Navien. They have system and if you don’t know what your doing it could cost you your life.

how on earth did you know what additional parts you needed and the correct part numbers? I'm scared to order an incomplete kit and then never be able to figure out the wiring and what stuff I need to actually make it work. And then install day will become install month and I'll eventually just end up putting it all back together as it was originally except I'll break a few tabs and other assorted atrocities so it won't work quite right ever again. Glad it all worked out for you!

We checked the seal and it is ok, the portafilter is still leaking. This is a second hand machine but I have noticed that out portafilter locks at 4 o’clock rather than 6 o’clock. It feels tight when we lock it though. Not sure what the previous owners have done to the machine, could that be an issue?
