Beaten for a Lie: Mallie Pearson’s 1953 Ordeal in Halsell, Alabama
Falsely accused and savagely beaten by law enforcement, Mallie Pearson’s story from 1953 Halsell, Alabama, is a haunting reminder of Jim Crow’s violence and the strength it took to survive.

I’m so worried for my husband, children and grandchildren regardless of “how black” they look. In Germany, the rule was if even one of the grandparents were Jewish, that person was a Jew and suffered the same treatments. In slavery and Jim Crow, it was the one drop rule - if even one drop was from a black ancestor, that person was black! Native Americans suffered if 1/32 native, that is great grandparents! When are we going to get away from judging by skin color, ethnicity, place of birth, or any other criteria over which we have no choice? I guess I’m hoping for the impossible, but I cannot just give in to the evil of racism; I have to fight against it however I can!

This same wicked diabolical system is an existence today(THE SAME SYSTEM THAT HAS MADE MARIJUANA LEGAL IN MANY STATES) while simultaneously keeping individuals incarcerated for crimes of marijuana(the three strikes you’re out rule, that was popular in the 80s and 90s) 😱🤬. This system is a very wicked enterprise. The employees are full-time employees of Satan himself.(utterly corrupt to the core and devoid of all justice and judgment.) AND WILL EVENTUALLY RECEIVE MARCHING ORDERS, STRAIGHT SLAM INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE, WHERE THE BEAST & THE FALSE PROPHET ARE IN THE BOOK OF REVELATIONS.

When I was 5 years old we had a lady that came to the house and helped my mom clean, her name was Tilly. I never forgot her. My mother asked Kelly if she would mind watching me because I just had my big toe cut off and sewed back on over a coffee can that was left out in the yard. So I sat there with my foot propped up and Tilly was doing the ironing. I looked at her I knew that she was a different kind of person and that she may have come from another country maybe that's all I know because I didn't know Prejudice my mother never taught me anything like that. But what Kelly said to me while she was ironing never left my thoughts to this day and I'm 70 years old now. She said Connie do you know why I'm doing this, and I answered no ma'am. She says I'm putting my kids through college. And I answered that's very good but the look on her face haunts me to this day because what I realized I was saying was it a woman who was exhausted and yet determined. And now that I know a lot more about the horrors of African-American people, I realize the abuse that they suffered so greatly because of the underdeveloped ignorant hearts of men and women who felt Superior to them. When I was 6 years old I went to school and I was so happy to be in school and my best friend had dark skin, and I asked her when we first started school and we were going back from lunch and we go to the bathroom I said you can go ahead of me. And she answered and said to me I don't go in that bathroom I go in this one. God also burnt that into my mind. As I look back at my childhood I also realized get in places of business you never saw Black Folk. And then I realized that nobody would give them a job. I believe that God caused me to see all these things at a young age and much more than I can mention in this comment, but God developed my heart by allowing me to see these things, I actually hated everything I saw. You may say that those prejudices are not alive today, but I believe they are alive and the persecution still lives on in some areas of the United states. When I was 15 years old I went to visit my sister in North Carolina who her husband was on a military base. On the way there we stopped at a gas station to use the bathroom and I looked at the two doors and I could not believe I was 15 years old and I thought slavery was over and Prejudice, and on the doors we're written the words colored in the other bathroom said white. I was stunned. God calls me to see a lot of things that the average person doesn't see because their heart's not open to the truth. This man that narrated this program is an extremely intelligent young man and he speaks with great wisdom period people don't know what happened and how ugly Prejudice really is. I listen to a debate between Bill Nye the Science Guy and Ken Ham another scientist on Evolution versus creation. Ken Ham won the debate. Mr ham also did an in-depth study of critical race Theory and he found the fact that we all came from Adam and Eve and they were all just different shades of brown. Mr ham also change the lyrics to the little Jesus loves the little children. It goes like this, Jesus loves the little children all the children of the world shades of brown from dark to light they are precious in His sight Jesus loves the little children of the world

Arsenic poisoning takes a while to kill an adult human. Kids who just wanted money would have taken the money and run away. They wouldn't have slowly poisoned anyone. Kids are impulsive. If you needed a job, you wouldn't kill your employer. It doesn't even make any fucking sense. People try to act like people didn't know any better in the older days. Yes they damn well did. They knew it didn't make any damn sense.

What I keep hearing from all these stories- the cord that ties each of them together without fail- is that the media lied about facts of a case in order to incite their readers to anger and violence. Who was the media owned by? Who owned the newspapers that keep reporting salacious lie after lie after lie, from Oklahoma to Texas to Virginia? And why are we still seeing the media engage in this same type of behavior today? 😒🤦🏽‍♀️

These are the same stories with different victims. When you hear one you have heard them all. They get very boring very quickly. There was only one way to deal with what blacks were dealing with and blacks were too afraid to deal with their bully the way their bully dealt with them.

They're doing this today. We see the female who claims were planning to attack ww. There's a female African content creator who made a response that bw hate ww. This will be validated by bitter traitorous bm who scapegoat bw for their behavior. Amid all this I'd really like to see bw stop playing mean girl online. The videos insulting, mocking and laughing at others aren't productive.

I swear I believe that all that people who have ever been involved in this type of hate got there punishment when they left this earthly plain. I think that the 8 black jurors voted her guilty because one of them had to be or they would be targeted. I think that they were sure to save her bus to her age. I'm glad it worked. I thought the same. I was wondering, "Why are they not looking at the husband?" I don't believe her first husband at all. I think that She had horrible PTSD and it got in the way of their marriage, so he lied and said the worst just to be free of her. What's crazy is that we voted in hate again! We are really close to living in a world like that again.

....the central park 5 went through something similar, in the 1990s. Nothing changed. This is why racist republicans don't want critical race theory taught. If everyone knew what wyt people did to get ahead and stay ahead, people would be against them at every turn. Also, the case for reparations improves, drastically.

They knew she didn't steal no bale of cotton. The fact she and her husband owned their own farm is what really hurt them. These neanderthal devil men just wanted to punished her because they could and were jealous. They banked on her making false confession. So that burn them up even more when she didn't. She must of thought she was going to die that day. To have to live with that trauma ptsd and fear every day. Your family should be proud of your bravery and resilience and tell your story. 🙏🏿🕊
