Is there a site to get that pixel art for the screen?
Not that I'm aware of, but you can commission different artists to get yourself a custom splash screen, or just grab an appropriate one submitted by community members. If you want this exact one, then just email me and I'll send it to you.
Would you recommend this or the R16 to a first time leverless user?
That's a lot of buttons for a first time user, but that doesn't mean anything if you're committed to learning it. I'd say any of the Haute42 ones are such a good value, that I'd recommend just getting the one that speaks to you. If that's the R16, then there you have it! Thanks for watching!
I bought a set of the Wind Engines for my Haute42 T16 and played with them for about a week or so. To be honest I'm switching back to the reds purely for the lighting. For me they feel so similar and I rather have more lighting aesthetic. I could get the crystals I guess, but the stock switches give enough light where I feel I can just save my money. The Wind Engines really muddied the lighting with their housing. Now the G13 I bought...that really is a night and day difference on feel and of course it would be. Different switch types. So much so that I bought Crown buttons because I really loved the feel of those buttons on the G13. I'm really excited to try those out on my leverless when they come in. Anyhoo, thank you for the videos and insights. Love the content.

For me I am not a fan of the super close leverless set ups. I got big hands and that just seems uncomfortable. But, I guess it is to resemble a keyboard setup.

A Neutrik is just easy and fairly standard. There are lots of different connection routes you could go though.
