Just started my pod journey! And finally launching my first listings today! I wish I could afford your mentorship & fulfillment company because I love how detailed and straight to the point you are! I'm just starting out and I was going with Printify, I think I'll use ICP for the ceramic ornaments. and Printify for the acrylic ornaments. I went the WimlyMugs shop on Etsy and all the listings have been removed?

How do you compete with prices as a POD seller.

I just signed up for InnerCircle to find print providers for ornaments that offer next-day shipping. My question is regarding the 3 Etsy shop examples you provided-they’re pricing their ornaments at the exact cost of the POD, making them very competitive. How do you compete with that? Also, can this platform sync with HelloCustoms? I’m hoping to reduce manual work during the Christmas season.

Hey Jesse, thanks so much for this video. It has been incredibly insightful! The competition sounds amazing, so a little about my journey! I'm actually coming at POD from the opposite side to most. I have been working and trading in my niche for well over a decade so I know my customer base incredibly well. I sell a luxury handmade product so things have been tough the last year or so. I wanted to branch out into other products and stumbled onto POD! So I've begun building on my established knowledge and customer base creating designs that will resonate with them. I suspect with your help I could grow this branch exponentially faster than I've managed on my own so far :)

Thank you for the great course. Where can we get fulfillment cost and item cost? Can you please be more specific? Fulfillment cost is shipping cost? What about item cost?

@Jesse Teaches: You do not need repeating keywords like "mom" in your sample. Only one time is needed. So you did not understand the logic of Etsy right.

Hi Jesse, I have a quick question..If I am opening a brand new POD apparel store on Etsy this month, should i focus on only 1 niche and 1 product type (t-shirts) OR Should I focus on multiple niche (10+) and multiple product types within the same category (like sweatshirts, hoodies, tank tops, t-shirts, hats)?

I'm trying to build my master list and the etsy algorithm has changed so much! Using incognito, with sort by most relevant, the searches all show low sales products scattered around the first page, making it impossible to identify high ranking listings. E.g firefighter shirt, the first 4 listings (not Etsy Ads listings) are from a shop that has only had 12 reviews and the item has only sold 16 times in 9 months. Does anyone have any thoughts on a new way to build the master list with the new algorithm?

Been watching you for almost a year now. Great stuff. My story is I’m a retired military member who served in 4 Middle East deployments, while leaving family and small kids. I still work a normal job. I was honored to serve and would do it all over again. However, now I would like to dedicate my time to making sure my kids have a life where they don’t feel like they need to join the the military in order to make a consistent living and have no college debt. I want to set them up for something they can follow and be proud of their personal goals and achievements, and help others along the way, too. ❤

Hi Jesse, I really want to join your course and I actually applied and got accepted but almost fainted when I saw the price of the course, LOL! Unfortunately, I'm unable to afford it since I already spent $6K on another course (that was not as effective, really sorry that I spent that amount).
