The whole albums of Conyradictions collabse and Violent sleep of reason are underrated by the community. There is a reason 50% of the fans like Obzen and then the rest of the fans have their favorite split into tiny margains of the rest of their discography. Also the reason that Obzen is the album whch no song has been left out of their tours since 2008. And for koloss demiurge is the only one kept for basically every tour since 2012 and nothing is the same for rational gaze. Obzen is the only one to feature more than 1 song from it at every tour. So yes Meshuggah has under rated songs. Look at Anthony fantanos reviews of koloss, Violent sleep and immutable.

I really want to cover Abysmal Eye, but there is a problem... The tuning for that song is F0, and he uses 200. string gauge, i have 130. gauge on the 5th string xD. Maybe ill try in an alternative tuning. we will see... 🙈🙈

I don't think it's an F0, the lowest bass note I can hear is a G#0. They probably tune a step down from their usual tuning for this one

I saw that image with the .200 gauge string, but from listening to the album...I can't really hear a note lower than G#0 on any song. It was probably an idea they thought of using but ended up not.

Its actually in F0, but tbh i dont understand the actual sound of that...
