Sorry for making you all wait 7 months for the next BLITW episode pfpff-- This is what I get for procrastinating on one episode to work on another (and procrastinating on THAT by playing Minecraft... and procrastinating on THAT by playing Pokemon Platinum... and so on...)
Lesson learned-- don't try to do two different parts of an objection.lol prokect at once. I am not going to pretend like I know when exactly I'll get the next episode out, but ideally I lock in just a little bit pfpff--

A bit Narumitsu/Wrightworth heavy, but surprisingly that wasn't my main motivation for making this. The Ace Attorney games are fantastic, but I feel they sometimes miss a lot of opportunities when it comes to fleshing out their characters. My main reason for going through the trouble of making this in the first place is because Larry's character was done COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY DIRTY during Brid...
I do hope you maintain the motivation and joy of creating these. I'll be waiting for whenever you're ready to continue!

Alright this is 100% the best of episode of the series so far. You can't even differentiate this storytelling grom canon. It's really well written and makes me feel the tension of playing 3-5 all over again. Great work!

Well worth the wait!!! Man, the tension between Larry and Edgeworth, and then later in the courtroom lobby with Iris - this is done SO well!!! Also, the added inner monologue with Edgeworth after Iris mentioned that the subject of family wasn't one she wanted to talk about, plus the extra details when mentioning Dahlia... OOH!!! THIS IS SO GOOD!!! That's it. The moment I replay all of the original trilogy, I'm waiting until this series is done, and I will watch this while playing through 3-5!!! You've made my all time favorite case THAT MUCH BETTER!!!

Hell yeah, another part of this series just dropped! I've been following it for a while, and I'm glad to see it continue. To be honest I'm kinda sad we didn't get Larry as co-counsel, but I completely understand why. (Also, you obviously don't have to, but I would love a compilation of the entire series once we have all the parts.)

I LOVEE THISSD I love how nervous edgeworth is- ITLL BE OKE, THE DEFENSE ATTORNEY ALWAYS WINS, EDGEY-! You write iris pretty greatly! You did such a good job keeping the mystery of this case vague even with Edgeworth's early-found information. I always did think Iris's line, "he has no idea who I am", would've been a better cliffhanger for the investigation, especially since Edgeworth just leaves without addressing it in the original. Side note: In the previous episode, it seemed like Larry told Edgeworth the out-of-the-ordinary thing he witnessed; but in this episode, it was kept vague whether he went through with talking about it. Very curious and excited to see how this trial goes!
Regarding the last part of your comment, he did indeed tell Edgeworth the "something incredible" he witnessed! I'm not going to say much more than that, but I am very happy you enjoyed this episode :>

IT MAY HAVE TAKEN 7 MONTHS, BUT GODDAMN IT , IT WAS WORTH EVERY SECOND 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I would be lying if I didn't say that I last checked the series a couple days ago, manifesting works ✨✨ I loved everythiing, the earlier mention of dahlia, larry being more present in the case in general, miles showing more nerves than usual ,larry as a possible co-counsel 🔥🔥, LARRY IN GENERAL ill gladly wait a year more if necessary for the next chapter, keep it up!!
Ideally it shouldn't take that long pfpff but I'm pleased that you liked it :D I do love Miles' stoic self in the actual game, but I wanted to add more of his own thoughts and doubts voiced throughout this case. He IS a prosecutor, and he's diving headfirst into being a defense attorney for a day-- who wouldn't be nervous? Obviously, he did pull some strings in the background (different judge, chose his opposing counsel, etc.), but there's no way you do all that and not feel at least a little uncertain. Plus, having Larry try to help made for some funny dialogue PFPFF
