Hi, just wondering if you ever came across an intermittent starting issue with this model? Can start one time then 10mins later nothing, all lights on dash come on but nothing happens when turning the key! New battery and new starter but still an issue, seems like an immobiliser issue, ever see anything like this? Thanks

have exactly the same problem!! right left electric lift does not work. the central lock locks the key perfectly. but only unlocks the driver's door with the key in the lock. although my fuses are intact. lighting in the car does not come on when you open the driver's door. but lights up when opening all other doors .otherwise same problem. thanks for the tip

Hi, I've got exactly same situation with my f10🙈 Remote only locks drivers door, but you have to use a key to open it and all other 3 doors remain opened all the time. Does this mean it's a 100% front passenger door actuator failed? Or could be any other door actuator? Many thanks👍

Diesel passes through loom and goes in to the ECU. BMW need to recall the X1 and Mini for this very issue.

I had a BMW EGR cooler recall on my BMW F10 - since then had an engine management light come on. Took it back to BMW they said it wasn't any problem with the EGR and said it was to do with DPF and charged me for diagnosis. I took it to someone to check the DPF and they said it was running really clear and as it should as I do regular motorway driving. They were saying it is most likely to do with EGR as that error code (24EB00) was showing along with others which may have triggered due to it. I recently took it to another garage and they were saying the same thing. I'm stuck on what to do, as I don't want BMW charge me again. anyone have any idea if these codes are triggered due to the EGR replacement recall? 24EB00 - EGR 25F200 - INTAKE AIR TEMP 282F00 - OXYGEN SENSOR 28D600 - HOT FILM AIR MASS METER SIGNAL 2AA000 - THERMAL OIL LEVEL SENSOR

Could this problem also come from a near dead battery ?
