Soft & Chewy GINGERBREAD COOKIES
Try this recipe for soft & chewy gingerbread cookies just in time for cookie making holiday season - here's how to make them
✅RECIPE:
225 g ( 1 3/4 cups ) all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp ground cloves
50 g ( 1/4 cup ) softened unsalted butter
115 g ( 2/3 cups ) light brown sugar
1 medium egg ( 50 g )
75 g ( 1/4 cup ) molasses
1 tsp vanilla extract
BAKING TIME: 8 - 10 minutes
BAKING TEMPERATURE: 190' C or 375' F
OVEN USED: Electric / Convection oven, top & bottom heat, middle rack
◾Allow the cookies to cool for 10 minutes in the pan after baking then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
◾DIFFERENT OVENS VARY IN TEMPERATURE SO PLEASE ADJUST ACCORDINGLY

Hi! Thank you for your comment you're very nice 😀I haven't tried using the rice powder for this so i'm not sure if it would work; vinegar helped in making the cake tender with a moist and fluffy texture
