Low Cost PCB Bed Heater for 3D Printing (No toner transfer/No paint burning)
This is a trial i have done for making a 9 zone heat bed for 3D printer. I did not had previous experiences in etching and trace width calculations. I did this to how to check the behaviour of trace with calculator. Many attempts i made for toner transfer mathod did not worked for me. I used different paper and some heat transfer papers could't get shop owner to print due to low gsm in paper. This works much better by laser cutting the sticker paper. I first used a scalpel to cut insulations paper to check the results and i laser cut to get desired layout. You need to play around with trace wit calculator to get closer values to match your power supply.
Suggesions and tips are highly welcome.

Durable Tire Inflator/Compressor from 2 Stroke Engine
Переглядів 20 тис.2 роки тому
This tire inflator made from old grass cutter engine. This is much more durable than cheap plastic compressors. Also, those cheap inflators cannot fill a tire over 25psi. With digital pressure gauge, tire s can be inflated to correct pressure. Most cheap analog gauges do not indicate aproximate values.

    That’s good fun :) well done! The oil is an issue in a 2 stroke, you need the lubricity in the engine, but with a 2 stroke it will also go into the tyre. Would a 4 stroke be better here maybe?

    you poor thing your yagi isnt 100 percent, those elements cant just be glued, bonded [ the option you chose in the calculator ] means pressed in screwed on or welded, must have full electrical contact with the boom

    I went full circle making PCBs in the old days through all processes available... You can even make negatives on your PCB with a black sharpie, it is strong enough to protect the copper while the uncovered bits gets eaten by the acid... I've drawn many PCBs by hand, especially for very basic stuff..

    Hi , i can see from your video that after polishing there is blurryness in the windshield like hand marks , is it due to improper cleaning after the process or is it that polishing leaves such results ?

    • @alex.preda1
      @alex.preda1 Рік тому

      try yo clean it with izopropilic alchool. if the marks doesnt desapear, you used too much heat in the process and the plastic lamination between the glass layers has been deteriorated. The effect is ireversible. you need to control the temperature of the glas. Maximum 50 degrees celsius. After 3 passes, always check the temperature with hand.

    • @AmateursDIY
      @AmateursDIY Рік тому

      It just oil from my hands, Small amount of glaas cleaner will just do the job. Its been more than 3 years now. Still looks good.
