Simple Way to Propagate This Beautiful Low Light Houseplant!
Is it just me or does it kinda look like a pineapple?😂
I’d love a Madagascar palm, 160$ in store for one about 1.5 feet tall here in southern bc Canada though… I picked up a Madagascar Jewel a couple days ago, 16$ it’s a Euphorbia Leuconeura I’m super excited about. I want an Ant plant too, cool caudex My plumerias and desert rose in my collection are my favs also, those are some of the first I fell in love with in my plant journey due to visiting Hawaii I found with my Alocasia Cuprea it made all the difference to add moss to the top of the soil bed, water when the moss is dry, I’ve got the biggest and the most leaves I’ve ever had The epi pinneatum slobs here aren’t hugely expensive, but not overly variegated either, picked up 2 starter plants, 4 inch pots for 10$ each, a 6 inch for 24$ but not greatly variegated I’m assuming that’s why they were cheap, got mine on a moss pole, looking forward to it, my adensonii is about 6 feet tall and 1 foot long leaves! Can’t wait to I disagree that Anthuriums are easy, at least, not for everyone, Alocasias aren’t either My clarynervium is a lot lighter in colour than you described, pale green leaves, and she gets lots of light, I’d love a dark form I’ve got a few jungle cactus I adore so much Aww I had a Cyrtosperma Johnstonii, def not easy to care for, and because it’s not overly common not great info online for care requirements, I unfortunately picked mine up with mealy bugs, treated it when I got home, but it was a baby and didn’t appreciate the fuss, leaves dropped, I pulled it from the substrate to rehab in pearlite, nope, rotted, haven’t seen more around yet, I’ll try again though,
It's beautiful. Where can I buy one?
I thought I was the only one who kept looking at my plants and feeling like I’m tired of seeing the same plants everywhere.
Awesome. I have a vanilla orchid.what are best conditions for blooming?🧡🎃
I love, love, love alocasia, philodendrons, and monsteras. There are so maby gorgeous house plants, but those are my top 3 favorites. There is so much variety in the species.
So far I've killed the peace lily and Dutch ( waxy red leaves). Do they need fertilizer more?
I have noticed that Alocasia Jackyln also has the stroped stems just like zebrina, but it has weird leaves with short bristles, unique texture and coloring. But due to this it might be more popular and easier to purchase than zebrina..
Glad to see you’re doing Shorts as well as full length videos.
I appreciate your videos I always learn a lot but what I really like is your smile. When you really like a plant you smile more! Thanks again ❤!
Awesome
Thank you
I saw a video that explained that the reason vanilla is so expensive is because the flowers must be hand pollinated. To that commercially takes a lot of workers. I don’t know if that’s true.
It would be nice if you showed the plant as you talk. A picture is worth a thousand words.
I got a birds nest fern because of this video. Thank you! I absolutely love it.
Do you have vanilla in your own personal collection? If so how & where did you obtain it from? I live in Canada, I've grown a variety of different types of orchids. Phalenopsis are by far the easiest to keep & the oldest in my orchid collection. (Although my eldest plant is officially my 29 _year_ old lucky bamboo. T'was a gift from my late husband when we 1st started dating.😍. I didn't kill it & she kick started my love of plants. ) Just thought I'd say, my very next orchid *is going* to _hopefully_ be a vanilla plant or heck a healthy nod?! So, I've reciently started researching, as of right here, right now, today! That's right, I'm startin' with YOU! 😂😂😂❤
Beauty really is in the eye of the beholder, because I do not find the Bromeliads to be beautiful at all.
Subscribed! Great info, to the point and clearly given. VERY helpful, thank you ❤
Very informative and exactly the type of list I need
TIL I’ve been saving calathea wrong for too many years. 😬
Hoq do you know when you did what with so many and so different kind of plants? Can you see it or do you make a log?
This was awesome, exactly what i've been looking for since my bedroom gets little light and deeesperately needs some plant love! Thanks for all these suggestions!
Even their calatheas are crispy. I feel so much better 😅
I love it! I used to go there when i lived nearby. Even in the best of conditions, some of those plants have brown spots. So we should not beat ourselves up if our plants have them.
This is one of my favorite conservatories in the States. Highly recommended!
"It's my birthhdayyy" 😂😂 thanks for the video
My grandmother, she passed away a few years ago, has had a night blooming cereus on her sun porch since the mid-60's. She live up near Scranton PA. My mom still cares for the property and tge cactus. It is massive. My grandmother didn't really do much for that plant and it absolutly thrived, even in the N. PA winters protected only in that unheated sun room. I got to see it flower a few times. Super cool plant.
I've had a ceylon creeper for years and it just keeps growing.
You can also be nice to people and someone might give you a huge one! I love it so much.
Wonderful info on so many plants, thanks!
Caletheas are pure divas!!!
I also call my Madagascar palm my medieval torture device
I ❤ my Madagascar palm and Madagascar jewel!! Both so cool and fast growing
Ive had a Queen of the Night for 5 years now. I put it outside during the summer. Finally this year it has 5 buds - so excited! Love it and it grows so crazy It puts out stalks that grow to ceiling & I have to cut back sometimes. Also I just went and ordered the Cyrtosperma lol love some weird plants!
False. Plants need light. They just survive in low light. Don’t thrive
👍👏🇨🇦awesome
i''m wondering if you have any remedy for scale on monstera ?
Love the science, keep it up.
Thanks Steven 🫡
To report a thorny plant, rap it in a newspaper.

🥰
Thank you, very interesting and informative.
Bromeliads are mosquito magnets
Do you make home visits? lol I know my plants would appreciate it. In the meantime, I've committed to watching your videos on their behalf! 🥰
Lol only if you’re in Austin
Nice presentation. Recently found and purchased a Cyrtosperma johnstonii. It’s very interesting and so far seems to be easy care.
Yeah so far so good! Thanks for watching!!
Love you too 😘
Gorgeous man, beautiful insight and inspiration to plants..❤️🥰
So interesting. I need the details you give. All my plants last and grow well, because I touch them lightly everyday, and talk to them.
Smart. I’m sure they like that.
Very enjoyable and interesting idea. Thank you.
My peace Lilly was very finicky. The leaves kept turning black. It was not a happy plant for me.
