Just a quick install video with a few sound clips.. quality is not great and recorded from the inside. For anyone wondering the kit is for JZX110 but as you can see it mostly fits the JZS171 too just needs some adjustement and some metal bending on the shield. I dig that diffuser mate. I am a fan of Seeker :) I think even with the UK/EU AP2 bumper it will still look good. Reason being the UK bumper plate cutout is higher than the lowest point of that diffuser keeping the two pieces separate so it shouldn't look odd. At least when I picture it in my mind it wouldn't look odd ;) JDP is still a cool option as well. J's Racing is pretty hardcore and I love that but it does make the rear bumper that much lower to the ground so ground clearance will be more of an issue for us low riders
Thanks man 🫡 it may work, honestly it’s not something I’ve researched or looked into. If the uk bumper like you said sits higher plate surround wise then it’ll clear it no problems. The rest is exactly the same. JDP is nice but I struggled to order it and I initially wanted a single exit one but changed exhausts and this popped up for sale in uk so had to and grab it. Was ready to import one from Japan. Js is good but I feel like it’s overplayed, like voltex. Probably more functional than this one.

That’s the turbo dose so no you can’t get it on the 2grfse since it’s not turbo
No, it’s the turbo that makes the noise. So without it, no sutututus.

In regards to the front bumper, did you say that the heat wave cause damage to the front bumper?
It happened around that time but weirdly I’ve seen my mates one has done the same recently. Think it may be a bumper manufacturing problem then, his has “dipped” in the same area. Maybe the material is too thin or something. Not great.

Just two general kits one for helmet to give me the “angled” extension arm and one just china special kit with like 20 pieces.

It's crazy how the suspension is the exact same way on a 2nd gen gs300. I'm not surprised, but never knew they were almost identical.
Gs300 May be similar looking but it is not the same.. few things are bigger on gs300 from my experience, arb bushes for e.g. this is all is200/300 underneath.
@@edd90k Which is interchangeable with GS300 parts.
@Strusse Not saying everything is the same, but some parts are definitely interchangeable. Toyota/ Lexus even says that. Look up Toyota/Lexus/Scion interchangeable parts, you'll learn a lot.

Just Amazon check for GoPro/action camera mounts. The ones I got now are dead.. but it was just a basic pack of action camera mounts. Not GoPro branded as those are very expensive.

Hello , would you just need it balanced again after taking off the faces and air ? I’m planning on doing the same thing with my wheels , I’d just need to remove air and then remove the face , no leaks after putting everything back together? Thanks in advance 👍
Yea I had mine balanced because I removed the wheel weights etc. if yours are 3pc splits you’ll need it for sure, and you’ll probably need to seal them too. My case they were welded so no need to pull the tyre off and reseal the wheel.

Aside from the suspension, are the control arms and links the same as the is200 as well?
They’re the same 👍 I’ve replaced the lower arms, upper arms and drop links all is200 parts.

Yeah pop it off and you’ll hear it with the stock box too, not as loud as it would be with the hks intake tho.

No, this was literally the sound from inside the car. The camera was on the passengers side window.

How has it been so far? And won't the extra weight affect the tyranny or syncros?
I actually took it off and went back to CR I had on before. This was a bit too heavy when in use and took away from the super crispy shift that s2000s have. CR knob is perfect weight but I'm still looking for something a bit taller. Maybe an NSX titanium is on the cards.

Had it for a bit and took it off. Loved the extra height but it was a bit too heavy and messed too much with the s2k feel so went back to CR knob I had on before and much prefer the feel with that.

Can't decide between this and an STI
Know a few people run STI intake with a random eBay filter without issues.. others complain about stalling 🤷♂️ this has been on for a while now and no issues to report.
