The extent of my 1st hand experience with this resort is from a topical perspective, which is the tour. My client's couples-girls trips-a few singles love this property. There are more offerings at this resort as amenities are concerned especially with being able to access both resorts. Imagine being at EOB as being stranded on a secluded island! It was just what the Dr. ordered for me when I visited. Consider what you'd like your overall experience to be. More relaxation? A mix of both? Do you plan on leaving the resort for excursions & tours? They are both lovely properties!

In my Opinion YES! Especially at this resort because there are two lounges-additional restaurants for dinner-extra pools and services.

Yes, it is! They do give an extended menu for EC level rooms. I'm not for sure if you are referring to EPM or ERC. Excellence Playa Mujeres is a client favorite! I loved it when I was last there as well. EPM just recently added a beautiful outdoor eating area at the beach.

Hi Melanie, Thanks for watching. I have sent several clients to Hyatt Zilara and most have enjoyed their time there. I’ve only done a site inspection at Zilara. It is a beautiful property. Keep in mind, EOB has only reopened for a few months. When you mention service, it is all subjective depending on what you’re comparing it to. We had no direct problems with service. Turn down service was slower/later at this resort in comparison to others. Room service would take between 45min-1hr…but that has been along the same lines as other 5 star resorts I’ve frequented. I can honestly say, everyone we encountered aimed to please. Appreciate ya, Meka s.white@mmvagent.com
