Is the room service included for all levels of room. Looking to go here for our 10th wedding anniversary & deciding between here or a sandles resort in Jamaica. We've been to the excellence in Mexico & absolutely loved it.

Yes, it is! They do give an extended menu for EC level rooms.
I'm not for sure if you are referring to EPM or ERC.
Excellence Playa Mujeres is a client favorite! I loved it when I was last there as well. EPM just recently added a beautiful outdoor eating area at the beach.

All suites are able to receive 24hr room service regardless of category.
Excellence Club suites do receive an upgraded room service menu.
