Go see any good mechanic and just tell them you own. The truck and you want. The govern removed tablet. We charge of about a 100 bucks. No question is asked. Well if your company finds out, oh my god, people are in trouble

Is good the sound only the exhaust. I make my Hammer so
i bought a set but i don’t have bolts for the top they came with screws, i might off set them so there’s 2 bolts up top and one on bottom and one screw top to one bolt on bottom <-especially for that cross bar. for your top bolts do they hit the window as it goes up all the way?, or are they just enough up that the window stops before hitting them?
There should be a T flange bolt about half inch long check with Ford for the bolts for F800 mirrors And the mirrors are specific per doors the top flange should fit perfectly on the top of the door no where near where the window goes
Sir I love the way they look, I bought a set from DTI, but I don’t have the old door to use as a template What measurements did you use for the upper door frames holes behind the a pillar so they were set straight?
The ones I used were for Ford doors so they naturally lined up for the 80-97 cabs
There were no comments made on how you did whatever you did.
I want to put these on my 97 powerstroke
They'll fit especially if you have the regular mirrors not the power mirrors
I ordered a set of K-Source Heavy Duty West Coast mirrors for my 1989 Dodge W250 today. I'm hoping they will look good on it. I like these styles of mirrors on the older trucks.

So did none of your trucks have the square punched in them for the stupid “fancy” power/aero mirrors? I want to put some of these on my ‘93 but am worried about filling up that hole for the bracket that reaches through to the inner door for support.
No none of my trucks had the sport or power mirrors. I think if I remember correctly CP Addict has a block off plate for that but you'll have to cover that somehow before you put on the Westcoast mirrors
What did you do for the top bolts just self tappers??

They do run a little rich after the cut. If you put a stage one Maximus tune in and disconnect the o2s it runs great with zero problems

@@kylek9432 no they're a T- type bolt. If you look up the hardware for a F800 mirrors you should be able to see what I'm referring to

the kit from mill supply you put on the bronco, the diagonal bar that ties the top frame to the bottom, on the bronco it is mounted to the forward part of the bottom bracket, on your other trucks it is mounted to the rear part of the bottom bracket. on the bronco it prohibits the vent window from opening all the way, can you mount this cross bar to the back of the lower bracket so you can open the vent window all the way?
Possibly. I didn't look at the other trucks for reference when I put it together
I just bought a High Ball that has this done to it. It has an Anger Management EFI tuner on it. Sounds great and runs perfect.

So correct me if I'm wrong (99% chance I am) but an external overdrive is like adding a 5th gear to a 4 speed, right? I got an E4OD that I want to put a Gear Vendor on. I was gonna swap a 6R80 but.....I don't trust aluminum bellhousing adapter plates lmao.
This unit splits the gears in half so let's say instead of taking a whole gear at a 1000 rpm it goes in between and shifts at 500 rpm to keep your engine in the powerband and uses less fuel , less wear and tear on your drivetrain. It's great for towing or racing applications but this particular unit doesn't engage until the truck hits 25 mph. Hope that helps
@@Roadhammer3406e So splitting gears in half means it kind of turns the 4 speed into an 8 speed....kind of. I was just wondering, my man. I got a 393w build coming up and I need a trans that won't throw a temper tantrum when I'm trying to haul 13K-17K lbs worth of firewood. You helped out quite a bit actually. Thanks! (Also I love ur rig. Wish my F-150 was a 4 door.....well, it's going to be a crew cab eventually but it's gonna cost a dozen pretty pennies to get the extended cab chopped and stretched)
@@RBLUS_TY yea it kinda sorta makes it an 8 speed ish but it's more like a 6 speed in that term cause it doesn't split overdrive or 1st gear. They're rated to handle a 1000 hp according to Gear Vendor themselves. If you watch a couple vidyas from their channel they do a fast better job explaining it than I'm doing. I would not that would not hold just get bolts and nuts they'll be much stronger
Seems like a poor mans way of getting extra sound from your pipes? I couldnt imagine this being great long term without being tuned, and it dont look great, its clear that its half the sytem attached. Just buy a new set of pipes if you want bigger better sound and performance.

I have the same issue I want a new set of pipes for my victory why the fuck do two pieces of pipe with no muffler or anything fancy on them run 800 to over $1000 for a few bends in them I think a lot of people go this route because that’s stupid when you can go by the same amount of pipes at any exhaust shop or automotive store for like 50 bucks which eventually is what I’m planning on doing why the fuck anyone spend $1000 for a set of pipes is fucking stupid

I gave a few places in the description but if you're after new mirrors then Mill Supply or Ford dealers are your best bet But hevytruckparts.net also has used ones off of trucks that are taken apart

No they won't but Chevy had their own Westcoast mirrors for the Squarebody

Nope just pretty much bolt on. You can reinforce the door it's not gonna hurt

The Dentside trucks have a completely different setup For a 1977 truck I think those universal kits with the adjustable arms would be the way to go for you

I just put the original screws back in the holes

Because some companies have their trucks governed (set top speed) at certain mph, and can't travel any faster. Companies do it to save money on fuel, safety reasons, less mechanical wear, etc. I've worked on semis for 16 years, governors fucking suck.
