I made the mistake of formatting the receiver to exFAT in Disk Utility on my Mac to stop the error messages, but it ended up breaking the receiver’s software and making it unusable. In the end, I had to buy a new one just to get back to where I started. Please don't do anything. Take care.

Good day i have the hauwei pura 70pro android auto start but and when i click next in crashes. After a few attempts it just atops working and i have to reset phone and start over for it to get it back to the point of crashing

I have the same problem as the previous comment, it’s exclusive when CarPlay is connected, the gps signal just gets crazy, weather native app get another city close to ocean or in the middle of it, it’s not exclusive of Waze or google but the entire iOS 18 gps gets lost when connected on CarPlay, I’m from Brazil and all of people here with this complaints when contact the Apple support level 2 the only answer is to blame the car brand and I think (at least here) are taking for granted our complaints about this issue.

I have a VW and none of the maps work well. Actually the GPS suddenly jumps to the middle of Atlantic Ocean and comes back a few seconds later to where I really am. This is absolutely annoying and I tried everything I read to solve it but the failure persists….

Be careful with this device. When you connect it to the iPhone and record, the following message appears: Slow recording speed. The USB device does not have a fast enough write speed to allow external recording.

Question: can you normally pair your phone allowing you to do and receive calls trough the main system? Because if so, i don't see the need to use android Auto anymore, the system itself is capable of everything AA does and more, right?

Android Auto on Pura 70 Pro works fine, but there is a problem with Tomtom Go, it cannot be seen in the list of AA apps

I have the mate 50 pro, Emui 14.2. The problem is google Assistant. Verify that all required apps run, otherwise you'll get the red screen with error 22. I'm still happy that we don't have to use gbox anymore. Android auto is nice, but not a deal breaker for me.

There is also a "2" version that doesn't have the power symbol in the middle of the buttons like the one on this video 2:07 but has the vents and battery indicator on lcd display. Also that version does not include ths usb c cable they sold it as "chinesse version". Looks like there is 4 versions of this product: 1, 1S, 2, 2S and of course the fake ones LOL. Hello! thank you so much for your tutorial! i had been having trouble settig up a Raid 5 setup , however i was stuck trying to figure out what port number for the app was in the first place and come to find out it was 9090 for me and researching on the website for the app helped somewhat too and now coming back to this video , i was able to succesffuly make a raid 1 setup with my 2x4TB harddrives which is just enough for my small server for onsite backup. I couldnt really figure out a way to do this, with out any other tutorial that is also using casa os, as the main layer under debian 12 without gnome and just ssh into the computer itself, and this had helps so much for my use case. i also have an 8tb offsite backup just incase, and a even another backup of that... so anyone out their make sure to follow that rule and remeber that a RAID is not a backup its just live storage so to speak. @TECHNiCKR Global ; I installed Cockpit on my Debian12 server. I tried my server IP with port 9900 and it did not work. You referenced port 9900 in your video. The port I think should be 9090 not 9900. I also feel perhaps, maybe do a video on how Casa+Cockpit deals with External attached drives or DAS units over USB 3.0. I have a DAS Raid box Acasis EC-7352 with 2 of 1TB drives inside in Raid-1. Seems that Cockpit does not see the 2 separate 1TB hdd in the EC-7352. Since the EC-7351 has dip switches for Raid mode I have set to Raid-1, guess hardware Raid, Cockpit shows it as a single 1TB Volume. Though the EC-7352 has dip switch for JBOD mode also. I'm wondering how Cockpit will interpret that. Since I am interested in a solution that has better information regarding the health of the Raid array, in my case my Raid-1 array. Since the Raid-1 was not setup with MDADM, mdadm methods do not apply in this case.
