If you follow me on Instagram (as you should 👀), you’d know that I’m currently in an inpatient unit starting my recovery journey from An0rexia; this video was filmed BEFORE I went into hospital, so if you’re confused why I might look a little different in my more recent pictures, that’s why!!
Regardless of me going into hospital, I still wanted to upload this video as a reminder that, even at your lowest, you have the power to fight. 💪
-Avocados have been my favourite food for as long as I can remember, but my ED has never let me FULLY enjoy it… So, inspired by Ro Mitchell’s 5 day cereal challenge, I decided to do a similar thing with avocados, hence the video you’re currently watching!!
