Because Balenos are double the price of zen so is it possible to source that 1.6 engine from somewhere and is a swift engine suspension components will be compatible with this? Baleno 1.6 Engine has 1-2 more sensors then the Zen 1.0 MPFI and the Esteem 1.3. There is one guy in savordem who might be able to help you out.

Check the main relay near front strut..if the relay is not working properly the car won't show any spark.try with another zen relay .And also check the coupling of the distributor..if it is connected opposite car won't show any spark

If one of these cars can be converted to electric, then I am all for it. I'm fully supportive of converting any of these cars to electric. I don't care whether it's a Mercedes or a Contessa. What truly matters is that the car is well-built and durable-this is the most important factor for anyone with common sense. Additionally, electric cars can be kept for as long as you like. The crash test parameters of modern cars, that's a total BS. For city travel, an electric vehicle is more than sufficient. Looks great!

I have a 2.6i Caravelle , in South Africa. I have fitted a fuel dictator system because the ECU packed up. It is running much better on the dictator system, more power. It has a split exhaust too so it sounds like a v6 or v8. Currently I am looking for a cluster unit and battling to find one in good condition. The one i have is working but structurally broken in the rear..

Did you guys ever receive a suzuki with a g10A 3 cylinder ?. I'm having a alto mk3 ( euro zen 3 doors but more basic ) With a carb ( we do have a lot of 3 doors in europe, the price is about to rise for these little cars due to exports which are probably going to india, mine was built in 1995. The engine is still fine, but the G10A is more like a education project for me to rebuild a engine and run it on turbo or s/c, I got most of the theory down and i know how i can run it, and there is ton of info to find on geo metro forums. As i look at both of the engines G10A and G10B The mounts are identical, and the gearbox should fit since they also fit on g13 engines, so that means that it should fit without modification. As the chassis is very light and with the mods i do have in mind, and having a tighter steeering corner than modern zens. it could be a interesting swap as the 3 cylinder has more bottom line torque, and perhaps the engine could be lighter too, which is great for the build, because i want to make a slow but reliable track car which i can take on trackdays and have fun and still have a decent economy. I've seen the tip on the swift/esteem brake swaps which i'm going to do, and as well i'm going for a g13 clutch, as they are sturdier, and there must be a great flywheel to use, maybe i could use the g10B flywheel. All by all a interesting tuner car, which has potential as i look at the other side of the world. Can you make a video of all interchangable parts on a suzuki zen?, Like brake upgrades, or other upgrades you can install from other suzuki's?. At this moment i'm going to start a new channel for automotive and other vehicles. When people recognise this will be a cult car/tuner car with the right knowledge, the market will explode for sure for these little cars. When i start this swap i will buy a other 3 door zen as a 2nd car, and when the first one is finished i want to make a B-zen too, donor cars are extremely cheap.
