It's a crime that the Casanova soundtrack was never officially released. It's more than beautiful. This is the kind of music that speaks to your soul. It's hauntingly beautiful. And this is just from one of the pieces- the music that plays when Giacomo falls in love with what he believes to be a boy is also incredible. I don't know who made the decision to not release the soundtrack, but I hope they wake up to Legos in their slippers every morning.

Paul mcgann is the best doctor. The Charlie pollard arc alone was some good stuff.

Hits harder that the song doesn’t end on its natural end note, it just abruptly stops. I think it shows the song was always there in the background and will be there for Casanova, it is only him that is gone, the song lives on, like 2 souls in an eternal waltz.

One of the saddest moments on DS9, only one that was worse was Dax dying. Such a good show.

Every few years I return to DS9. Damar and Garak are easily my favorite characters and I especially wished Damar had been a more prominent figure, or gotten a few more episodes to his role. 10+ years later, still cool video!

How Dukat never killed Damar is beyond me.

Man this is the second time I've spoiled a Star Trek ending. First it was Data and now its Ziyal.

I admire Ziyal, I wish she hadn't died. She was a gentle soul, but had wit and was astute at times to her father's unscrupulous actions. RIP ; (

Personally, I think that Damar is gettin more and more latent suicidal.the mirror scenes illustrate his self contempt impressively. His character transformation was absolutely reasonable designed by the writers and one of the few big succeeded surprises in the trek universe. Damar walked his own path to the bitter end knowin theres no place 4 him in new cardassia but its the only way to recieve redemption/salvation..

This is a very powerful video, I think you did a great job, and the music really draws on you.. You have to see my hunger games montage check my channel it has a similar feel.... One thing I will say, Damar's resist speech is probably the most harrowing thing from DS9 that I will always take with me.

Ziyal was one of the few tines I really felt for Dukat, and I think that the Cardassians of DS9 had one of the best storylines ever written.

i would love to see Lucie in the actual TV series and let her character play out in the same way she did in the audio series or even take a different route !

i think Ziyal is a beautiful name

Damar did not like her and felt that Dukat gave up his career for her and he was at times ungrateful. As for killing her, he heard her admit that had let the prisoners out which is treason. I hated seeing her die thought. Dukat truely loved her.
