We're back! It's been a long wait, but it was well worth it!

They are a very recently founded band, that tries to mix blue grass and heavy metal. I find them rather enjoyable, but obviously music genres are one of the most subjective things. But their recency is probably why there was that hiccup in the song, as they probably didnt produce it quite right. Definitly appreciate your honesty about the song, how it was interesting but not your style.

HATE? was #27 of a 33 song set list at this concert with 18K attending! Every song that BAND MAID has done is precisely as you described it! There are no bad BAND MAID songs. 1 of the reasons why you dont see them run around on the stage, is because of the high heels they use. Not very comfortable to play in, and especially running in. They kind of stepped up the game for the 2023, where they switched the stillettos. In their recent UK/EU tour, they went more for comfort, both stylewise and concerning footwear. Which made them slightly more mobile on the stage. Especially their new addition, Fami was racing all over the stage, while Midori in a close second. Most surprising was Miyakos interaction with the crowd, cheering on them and singing on the songs. Hellfest in france got pretty crazy. Though early in the day, there were crowdsurfings and mosh-pits!

Mic sounds GREAT! Band-Maid really LOVES this song and that's why they show so much joy playing it. Band-Maid was conceived by Miku that had a dream of creating a band dressed as mild mannered Maids playing face melting Hard Rock. This is know as "The Gap" as Miku calls it. Also Miku was actually an employee at a Maid Cafe in the Tokyo area. If you don't know about Maid Cafe's look them up on UA-cam....they're FUN! You can also see Maid Cafe Miku come out in all her Omajinai (Magic Spell) time whch is Band-Maids "Intermission" part of their LIVE shows. It will all start coming together Moe-Moe Kyun-Kyun (strong emotion towards the fans). They're all really cute and fun to watch. Along with her blessing the food in their Official music video "Don't You Tell ME", it's a Maid Cafe thing too.

About the piano, Miyako (dark haired guitarist) has been studying the piano since she was 3 years old and is at concert level in her playing. About the white dresses. When Lovebites was touring Europe as Dragonforce's opening act a French metal mag interviewed Asami (singer) about that and her response was, "We are all girls and we don't want to dress like boys. Also we are all small and the white and gold makes it easier to see us on stage." And they ARE smol. They range from 4' 9" (drummer) to 5' 2" dark haired guitarist.

Go pull up the lyrics to this song and after reading them ask yourself if you would smile to them. (FYI - ALL Lovebites songs are sung in English.).

I know what you are saying about the smiling, but keep in mind MOST heavy metal bands aren't smiling. They are usually angry, shouting, and snarling. It's the genre. However, this was done in 2020, four years ago, and since that time their stage presence has come alive, particularly after Fami joined the band as their new bass player. Fami joined the band in 2022 at the age of 20 and this youngster has re-energized the band to a whole new level. If you watch any of their live performances from their current world tour (2024) they are all smiles and having fun all around.

I would like to hear what this song sounds like with some less frenetic drumming and more emphasis on the melody.

All those Japan All Female Bands; Lovebites, Nemophila, Band-Maid, Gacharic Spin etc..are their own level comparing to Western World music..these bands are lightyears ahead of our bands..Man Oh Man..lovin’ these amazing bands 🤘❤️🔥

Very funny that you would mention Kiss. The singer in Lordi is a huge Kiss fan and was the president of the Finnish Kiss Army fan club back in the day and met the other soon to be band members on a Kiss Army field trip.

It's like watching Queen. Freddie wasn't always smiling but you knew he was having fun and bringing you along for the ride. The Warning makes you have fun with them. It's magnetic and infectious and not every band can do it.

It made me mad that they only showed Sick on TV when they also played Automatic Sun.

I want to know just when exactly jumping around running all over the stage became more important than the music ? the concentration it takes to play at the speed and complexity they do just does not lend itself to acrobatics Brother if that is what you want you go to the circus lol I am a 62 year old musician and this band amazes me with the skill level they all have i would not have even noticed the so called rigidness

a Hard Rock "Power of Three" demon expulsion video with an eye opening "Sixth Sense" ending... this track is one _HELL_ of a powerful spell being cast to attract, expose, and expel those ancient hidden demons they have been fighting on their journey... the stuff all flying to, sticking to, and covering the demon, i look at as they had to completely enclose the demon to fully expose and define it for the expulsion spell to work... no part could be left uncovered or the demon would be able to return... so their spell wrapped the demon with everything like a containment field until it was tossed back into the pit... once there, the items could be returned since they were no longer needed to serve that purpose... have you seen the movie _"The Sixth Sense"_ ? if not, i highly recommended it! that story line fits in with what is happening in this OMV, too 😜 TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA

mix was a bit lacking in a few areas not sure if it was acoustics or the available electronics, etc, but still pretty kicking in all. It's possible it's also intentionally not as "heavy" a mix because it's a crowd of commercial casuals. And they nailed the performance, regardless.

"Automatic Sun" was not televised on JKL. The other song, "S!ck" was televised. It's unfortunate, IMHO, because I think AS is a better song. Just my opinion. And there is absolutely nothing wrong for a group to be smiling and having a good time when they are performing. It's a symbiotic relationship. The energy/happiness felt by The Warning is sent out to the crowd. The crowd feeds on that and sends it right back feeding The Warning. It goes back and forth. You take away the happiness and the energy it provides The Warning and you no longer have that symbiotic relationship. 'Nough said.
